Mis hijos practican taekwondo y es muy útil para sus prácticas y torneos.

I would suggest you walk around for 2 maybe 3 hours. That wouldn’t be optimal in dust.
There may be a “small” break-in. Where can I find a cloth for my cold bare feet?
