The World’s Fittest Cookbook

Expected much more
Had high hopes for this book but then browsed through it, only to find many of the recipes use substitute products i.e. sugar replacements. The food looks great but there are better fitness recipe books that don't put protein powder or laxatives in everything.

Probably needs a reprint
It’s a shame the book is mostly good but a few blatant typos in the macros (see photos) and the fact it doesn’t for example tell you how many grams it measures a chicken breast at, kind of casts a bit of doubt in some of the recipes. Update I went through and tried adding up the macros, the macros don’t match the total calories in the recipes.

Eat drink and be merry
Another book from Ross edgley , and this time his girlfriend Hester is involved too with some insane recipes to try , a good section on our relationship with food but for me the best thing about the book is each recipe has the macro breakdown so if your training you can keep count of what’s going in:) there’s even a few photos of Ross with his top on! Welldone Ross and Hester , can’t wait to try the donut burgers

A Brosiden banquet!
I've been a fan of Ross since hearing about this lunatic that swam around the UK. I now own all his books so this was a must for me.Teaming up with his partner Hester this time they have created a book that not only has loads of mouth watering recipes but you also get a few lesson in sports science and thermodynamics in the normal easy to understand no nonsense format that is backed with facts and references the same as his other books. Each recipe has the calories and macros listed so you can easily track them for yourself. If you follow Ross on social media you'll know he's a fan of burgers and cheesecake and this book doesnt disappoint!!..... 2 words.... doughnut burger....

Hats off to Ross!
As an avid follower of Ross I was looking forward to this cookbook coming out. It’s packed with recipes that look delicious, easy and will hit my macros for training.Sure there are a few issues with the macro/calorie calculator which has been noted in other reviews - but I can forgive that. I would always do my own macro split based on the specific ingredients I buy and weigh out, so these provide a really great guide and inspiration and I look forward to blitzing through all the recipes (silicone doughnut mild on order!). From one Ross to another - hats off to that man!
