Great product to train reflexes, coordination, balance, and speed. Physical Therapist by trade and this works great for one of my younger patients coming back from football injury and another athlete I train who has always seemed like she had slow first step turns out she had so reaction time. 2 weeks working this system and huge improvement noted

My wife had a brain tumor remove 2 yrs ago. Looking for good exercises for reaction and spatial awareness. These lights have been very helpful. Still learn how best to use them. See the video for an example of the configurations I set up. Many different ways these can be used. Once you learn the options of the remote there are many options with any number of the devices you would like to use.

I would highly recommend this product for anyone needing a challenge for agility for sports or even for balance exercises. There are similar products used in physical therapy that are a little more difficult to understand and more expensive. This is very simple to use with a remote contol. You can contact customer service at any time if you need help with anything. There are also wall mounts which can make the exercises more challenging at your own pace. It comes with a nice storage case and charger. Very pleased with this purchase.

Only 3 of 5 lights worked. Remote and setup very outdated. Very little support available.

This is a fantastic product - I have purchased 2 versions of the Reflexx RLT and love them both. They get ALOT of use and require zero maintenance. They are durable and easy to use. My son and his teammates use this to help train for water polo on dry land. It's a great addition to traditional training sessions. I have even started using the Reflexx myself (I am 57) and I have found that it is really helping me to stay fit and sharp. It is super easy to use and store too! The package arrived right on time and in great shape!

I purchased these lights for my fitness studio and my crew (clients) love them! The price is great and the quality of the product is good. I begin to notice the lights were getting stuck and I attempt to fix the issue but no luck. I reached out to the seller at 10 pm and I received an email to give him a call around 8 am the very next day. The seller was patient and took me through the steps to resolve the issue and also directed me to how to find videos and instructions how to fix if it happens again and due to the fact these are lights I am sure it may happen again. Great customer service and I will be purchasing another set.

First of all, this set got here in a few days. It is neatly packed in an easy to carry bag, about the size of your average lunch box. I needed to calm the company and the owner gets right on the phone or texts back immediately. I use a similar set at my Physical Therapy office; that set is nice but as a retired PE/dance teacher I can't afford the Blaze Pods. I'm forever injured at the age of 69, almost 70 and I've decided, if God is going to keep me here, I better try my best to drop the weight and tell arthritis to step back. I always said I'll never stop ice skating or roller blading.....I believe moving through these reaction lights will get me back to my former self. As I move to tap the lights, pain is not on my mind...... it's your own competition, while this set doesn't have a counter, you can count how many you do in a certain time, write it down and beat it next time. At first I was upset because it comes with wall mounting plates, when I spoke with the owner he told me how to mount them with tape and also tripods of various sizes. You can tell this seller is not just making money, he wants the buyer to reach their healthiest goal whether your an athlete or just a person that is recovering from injuries or health issues. There is a lady in the reviews who had a tumor removed from her brain and she's tapping the lights with such confidence, brings tears to my eyes! If you're like me and want to get up from your recliner to participate in life after retirement......... LET'S GO YOU ARE WORTH IT! The set is sturdy and ready to go when you get it.
