I love L-Tyrosine! I use a larger dose for myself and noticed after a month that my chess scores improved by 40%. So it clearly improves cognitive function. I went out seeking a smaller dose for my child who struggles with ADHD and I noticed a huge difference. If you have a child with ADHD, you know they happen to make a 20 minute task into a 2 hour struggle. While being on this, he was able to improve his focus tremendously and get his work done without the extra time struggle! I will include, that we do have to take most sugars out of his diet for it to be the most effective. But at least there is hope out there for parents that are in a similar situation! For occasional late-evening “slump” the Attentrex works well for me and hasn’t interfered with bedtime. I’ve used NeuroScience products for two decades and always found them to be beneficial for deficiencies that supplements can address. Just got this today. Was happy to have found an easier source to get a dose of 125 l-tyrosine. Not the end of the world, I will need to break the tablets in half but just pay attention of the dose you receive. *edited to add. Half a tablet is the perfect dose for those who fall asleep on stimulants but need that focus. I do highly recommend this product
