Incredibly Comfortable
It was easy to assemble and looks cute, the massage function also works well but I don't really use it. The bet feature for me is the recliner as I like to sit in odd positions such as with my knees up. The cup holder is super convenient. The quality is better than most low end gaming chairs.

Pricey but worth it
Super comfortable and strong bought for son who is big heavy lad no risk of tipping over easy to put together thought there was a part missing but the chair just sits on the pole massage function is surprisingly good i would recommend this chair

after only afew days of owning this chair i can say its the most expensive chair and worst one ive got. the seat has already gone flat, you can feel the metal on the arms and back and the edges, the massage function is just vibration which feels bad. i cant return due to needing a big box which i have to pay for. worst chair ive owned and i get a new one yearly. avoid this chair, Seller is awful at replying and was awful to speak too. the hydrolic would not de-attach from the chair meaning i could not place it in the box there solution? go buy a bigger box which will be £50+ for a box this size on the day they scheduled it to be picked up

Packing & Delivery Warning
Chair is comfy and perfect for relaxing / gaming with but don't treat this like an office desk chair because it just isn't unless you don't mind your keyboard on your lap and your mouse on the chair arm.Reclines really well and the massage function is a real novelty.Delivery warning though. Chair arrived in DPD depot 20 miles from home on Thursday but didn't actually receive until the following Wednesday.(Thats right.. almost a week with the carrier).. 4 failed delivery attempts even though we were out on the street watching. Yeah .. seriously .. And when we got the parcel, the box had just about fallen apart, open at both the top and bottom of the box. Absolute disgrace. Do not let them get away with this. Always complain... Think the great PlayStation delivery scam of 2020... Thankfully all the parts were there but think of the hassle involved if they hadn't been.In all honesty my review is marred by the delivery. The chair is pricey but I like it. As a recliner it was always going to be a pain assembling but all in all I'm happy with my purchase.

Easy to assemble
A bit squeaky but not terrible, very easy to assemble and quite comfortable. I read some reviews that stated this chair was very low with no height adjustment? Nope.. I'm only 5'6 and it is actually ever so slightly too HIGH off the floor (hence the 4 stars) there IS height adjustment though on the left side with a lever but on it's highest setting I can barely climb into the chair lol.. Nice looking chair would still recommend.

One of the best chairs I have ever used! Since being diagnosed with long covid I have constant back pain! In the last year I have gone through no less than 7 chairs. But this chair was a gem! My back feels more supported and the massage system is great!Only one thing to complain about... I'm 6ft 3.. you can't adjust the chair height wise as it's fixed! So, a bit of a struggle to get up but otherwise amazing chair

Very comfortable
Delivered very quick its worth the price looks nice and comfortable also got vibration in lower back its quit nice .I am very pleased
