Worked perfectly

Had a door get kicked in and used this to help repair the door. I took the door off, filled the cracked door with wood glue, then clamped the crack back together. After it dried I put this over it. Everything lined up perfectly. Just make sure you take good accurate measurements and order the correct reinforcer. The only thing I would change is the kit comes with 4 screws for the corners of the reinforcer. It would be better if it included 2 threaded posts and a bolt that screwed into the posts on the otherside but the screws are definately adaquate.

Worked great to repair broken door when intruder kicked it. Saved $600 it would have cost to replace door.

I installed this instead of purchasing a new door. Good choice. The door works again. If you have a large dog that enjoys pushing on doors, this would be great preventative maintenance. I recommend.
