Easy to control via my alexa and phone. Nice range of colours and good to have choice of strength of flow. Lost a point as it plugs in underneath, meaning that unless it's empty you risk spilling the water. A side connection to the plug would be far more practical .

Easy to use, and with the 500ml water hold it lasts a long time. I really like how you can schedule times on your phone for it to come on and off. It’s so relaxing and keeps the house smelling nice. It’s very quiet too

It's a great diffuser. I can't ask for more. The app is connecting every time. I use the strong mood most of the time as our sitting room is big with high sealing.

Ok, I have had this product for awhile now, and kept some of the negative views in mind and i would like to help people navigate any problems.1) It isn't blowing out the steam even after a few hours, I noticed this once and i pushed down on the plastic plate inside a little thinking it might just be a weak connection between the electricity and the plastic plate, after i pushed down on it, it worked fine so this is something to bear in mind.2) If you have filled the water all the way to the top it won't start smoking a lot because there isn't a lot of space for the mist to gather and develop inside the dome to it looks like barely anything is coming out, however when the water line goes down there is more space for the mist to build up and it will provide a fabulous mist and works much better than filling it right to the top.I have had no further issues with this product, I have the wifi version and there are rare times that Alexa might not recognise it but that problem seems to go away and you always have the phone app. to link the phone app to the diffuser you have to make sure your wifi is on 2.5 hertz temporarily which you can do by typing in 192.168.1.1 into your browser (this is the IP address you need to access your router) and you can change the setting temporarily that way to allow it to connect to the phone and then you can switch it back to 5/2.5 hertz and it will work just fine.I love my diffuser and i have noticed a huge difference in the texture of my skin as it feels softer and more hydrated. and the automatic shut off it has when there isn't any water left is spot on.
