I was warned in other reviews about the horrible taste and they were right! However, I was pleasantly surprised by an increase in energy to get me through the midday slump. You don’t have to dissolve the tablets in your mouth, they can be swallowed instead! Worth the try for the price. There’s a kids version and 1 of my 2 kids can tolerate them

These tablets have an objectionable taste and flavor, but I do not rule out supplements based on their taste. The tablet dissolves rapidly under the tongue for good sublingual absorption, but the undertaste is nasty. Compared to the oral route, the sublingual route of administration allows supplements to bypass most of the digestive tract and enter the bloodstream by way of the blood vessels under the tongue. Due to the price and potency, I would purchase this particular vitamin B complex pill again.

This is the worst smelling and tasting vitamin ever. I love and use many Superior Source vitamins and have for many years. This is just disgusting. It smells like old rotting pipes and something I can't place. A lot of the reviews say that they take them anyway, so I tried and got a very bad upset stomach. Not recommend for people adverse to strong odors, tastes, or sensitive stomachs. I don't usually have a reaction like this. Seeing discolored pills makes me wonder if I got a bad batch?

Great product, does what it supposed to. My b's are up and pernicious anemia is improving via proof of blood tests. Also, just a tip. If you want these to dissolve faster and easier without that "b spit" left in your mouth, just break them up into smaller pieces and the absorb super fast without that icky left over spit. jmoo

terrible taste!

I've been taking the D3 and they're tiny and dissolve very fast - I should have paid closer attention to the size of these...they're about the size of a round ibuprofen and the dose is x2 daily. The vitamin taste is very strong and lingers for a few mins. They're also not as quick to dissolve as the smaller one, so I have to work at it a bit. I'll use the bottle when I'm traveling but will stick to sublingual liquid at home for now.

I like and trust this brand and have been using them for years. Their ingredients are fresh in flavor and dissolve nicely in the mouth. Unfortunately the last 6 to 8 months I have noticed more and more of a gray haze on these golden colored B vitamins when it's first opened. I know this happens the longer you have the bottle after it's opened, regardless of the desiccant pack inside. I have issue with the current bottle I just opened today when a solid dark grey pill rolled into my hand when I opened the seal, as well multiple pills inside with the grey haze already starting on them. This issue needs to be addressed by the company or I will have to start looking for a different company to supply my vitamins.
