You had to screw the top on but the holes indicate where and was straightforward. Perfect for my desk in the hall to ensure sufficient width to walk through when not in use.

The item comes in un assembled so has to be set up before giving it as a gift. The wooden (or plastic false wood) arm is sturdy. It can be used to rest the arm or to take notes (or both) while leaning back in the chair. This makes it good for zoom meetings and you are looking after a pet or child.

Bought it easy to install but not at all comfortable my arm is worse then before. Need to get a better desk as this isn't working

Good support and great that it folds so i can use at home and the office. It could be tighter in connection and takes a bit of effort to make it secure

Item arrived in an envelope with bubble wrap. One of the brackets was broken off, a screw to reattach was missing as were the plastic caps for the long screws. Product arrived on time and looks sturdy enough (hence 2 stars instead of 1) but I can't recommend based on my experience.

The support arm has different measurements compared to the description and picture. Both inch and cm measurements are wrong especially the holder part is much smaller. I had to send it back

Very expensive and low quality. It's not flush with the brackets. the wood is chipboard and very flimsy

This is a great idea.My only complaint, is this could do with some cushioning, to help people like me, who suffer from Arthritis.I do like the fact that it folds down, though it does tend to get in the way, when folded, as I need to have the chair at a certain distance from the screen, to suit my Eye-Tracker.Apart from that, this is a good buy.
