I recently purchased my second container of Ancient Nutrition bone broth. I had been using another brand and it was a chocolatey treat, but perhaps too sweet and rather pricey. At first taste, i didn’t like Ancient Nutrition and added some honey. But now, i really love the chocolate taste and look forward to drinking it in my morning coffee. My daughter, who had been drinking plain bone broth, could taste that it was real bone broth. All I taste now is the chocolate and coffee! I’m very happy with this method of getting my collagen. So, if you aren’t crazy about the taste at first, give it a couple of goes. I think you will like it!

Added this to my variety of protein choices. This is cleanest and lowest sodium bone broth I’ve found. There is an aroma that it emits but just the nature of the product. Some have commented the powder doesn’t mix with liquid immediately. I’ve mixed this with hot water, milk, kefir, etc and like most powders, it just takes some stirring for it to finally assimilate.

Vanilla flavor surprisingly taste great. Just plain water & drink - will not be disappointed. I use a Wisk to fully dissolve powder but it would dissolve well with just a spoon. No chalky texture. Tried it with almond milk and does will with that also. It smells good too. Functional Medicine Doctor suggested Bone Broth Protein Powder. After 2 containers, i have noticed better health. I like the care Ancient Nutrition included -Gluten, Dairy & Soy free. While labeling does NOT say Organic, they do claim sourced that way. Their program and initiative in manufacturing used is amazing.I see no reason this protein powder could not be added to various cooking recipes. I wonder about homemade bread.

Excellent nutrition value & highly rated compared to other organic protein powders! Only gave it 4 stars for taste. I purchased the vanilla and will continue to doctor it up for flavor but will likely not purchase again :(

The best bone broth protein I've found. Highly recommend it.

I've been using this product for years and have been very happy with it. However, Ancient Nutrition seems to have either changed the tried and true formula recently or is experiencing a serious manufacturing issue. The product is now inedible. My last order (from Amazon) came with big white chunks in the powder that I'd never seen before, so I contacted customer support to ask them about it. They sent a replacement and that one also had the chunks. They then refunded me and asked me to return the canister to their warehouse for evaluation, which I did. They seemed to think it was an issue with one of their batches. They (Ancient Nutrition) also sent me another canister for free, presumably from a different batch, but it still had the white chunks. I threw that away and decided to try my luck purchasing from the grocery store. The first can I bought was in the new packaging but the powder was the way it used to be - no white chunks. When I finished that, I bought a new one from the same store and low and behold - white chunks! I called Ancient Nutrition to ask them about it and they said it was supposed to be there and was perfectly safe. So I tried it, made it exactly the same way I always have, and the taste was absolutely awful and made me sick to my stomach. I'm not at all convinced that the new "formula" in intentional nor safe. I'm giving up on this brand after years of satisfaction, and I'm very disappointed that I now have to find a new bone broth protein powder.
