J'adore ce produit, je suis tellement moins stressé a l'idée de stériliser ma cup car plus besoin d'attendre pour la faire chauffer aux micro-ondes, je peux la stériliser dans ma chambre en toute intimité

Pretty straightforward to use! Though I'm a bit dubious about so I did a couple of cycles. Not due yet at the time of this review but will update my findings (if I remember..)

Great product, it does an amazing job sterilizing my flex disc. It's very simple to use, and it gives me peace of mind knowing that I can easily sterilise my cup while I'm taking a shower. Also, it came with the cutest little measuring spoon, so you'll have the perfect amount of distilled water. I don't have to mess with disposables while my disc is being steamed, and I dont have to worry about it melting like I would boiling it in a pot. Update: Customer service is 10/10. For some reason, my pixie sterilizer stopped working between my last period and this one. I e-mailed their customer service, and they sent me a replacement no questions asked. No fumbling around trying to record videos, didn't ask for the product to be sent back, all I had to do was provide my order number. 1,000/10 for customer service, and I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

I had so much hope for this item but appears to be faulty. Whenever I try to sterilise my cup it just flickers and doesn’t stay on.

I bought this in May 2020 and it's not December 2020 and it has stopped working, both with battery and usb cable. It's a real shame as it was working a treat until now.
