Works great with Samsung Smartthings
Easy and simple to set up with Smartthings. I had to pair it close to the smart things hub and then move it to the location which was very far from the hub. I am using it hardwired and it is working exactly as I hoped it would. I do wish I could force it to refresh more frequently or on request especially since I have it hardwired so there should be no reason for it to save power as if it were on the battery. The motion detection seems... imperfect, but I am using it primarily for temp and humidity monitoring which works great. The light sensor and uv are surprisingly useful too.The sensors are: Motion, Temperature, Humidity, Illuminance, UV index, Battery, and device tamper alert.

Inconsistent motion detection
This doesn’t always detect motion. I would say it’s only like 60% of the time. Sometimes the temperature detection is inaccurate. Just not a very good product overall.

Reliable, fast multi sensor
I use a few of these with Home Assistant to trigger lighting and automations based on movement. These have been by far the most reliable motion sensors that I've used and I've tried about a dozen different products. Battery life is great, I've had these for several years and only needed to change the batteries once or twice yet these things are constantly seeing and reporting motion in the house. I use these with Aeotec's Recessor brackets for a flush installation. They are pricey, but if you consider how many cheap products you might throw away because they dont work then this is worth it. I can't speak to support in other platforms but Home Assistant with the default Z-Wave JS works great.

Great sensor but pricy
Great sensor, easy to pair with my hub, very expensive but seems like you must pay for the good stuff these days.I tried multiple other similar sensors like Zooz 4-in-1 and they are not coming anywhere near this one - quickly paired with no issues to set up and start reporting quickly.

Best 700 series AC powered multi-sensor
I believe this is the only Z-Wave 700 series multi-sensor that can be AC powered (via USB) and therefore act as a repeater in your Z-Wave network. I recently completed a new all-700 series network build using 11 of these sensors. They form part of the network core and help create a reliable, redundant, and wide-coverage Z-Wave network. I only used them in USB powered mode, so I can't speak to the battery life. One reviewer does note that the temperature reading is high. I agree. They seem to read about 5 degrees too warm. That's the only complaint that I have with them.

Motion and vibration alerts are reversed
Just installed Aotec multi sensor this week. Pairing with hub was fine. But could not get motion detection to work. Then noticed in history that vibration alerts were activated at each movement, without touching device. Instead of monitoring for motion, I changed app to report vibration. Now motion detection alerts are working. Sounds like poor QC and testing.

THE BEST SENSOR on the market
I tried 6 different sensors until I found this one. My house now has 7 of these sensors and my automated lighting system works flawlessly. Easy to setup and get on the smarthings app. easy to use once they are in the smarthings app. and very dependable.

Unstable, inaccurate with sad tech support
I am using three Aeotec MultiSensor 7s to monitor temperatures in a three family house with SmartThings. Two of the MS7 were working reasonably well but the temperature reports were fairly slow. Tech support said to pair the sensors again so they initialize with the new edge driver. That turned out to be a big mistake, All three MS7s now report a false low temperature by 4 or 5 degrees every hour which causes unnecessary requests for heat. The biggest problem that just started happening is all three MS7 devices just stop reporting any information and all within minutes of each other. The devices themselves have fallen as silent as the customer support. All other devices on the hub continue to work fine (even the MS6). The only way to get them back online is to restart the hub which is a big problem for a remote site. I now recover from this state with a second Smartthings that remotely reboots the hung system.Tech support says: [*crickets*]I bought these sensors for USB power option which does work nicely but the consistent false cold readings and lockups appear impossible for the company to fix. Tech support was very responsive initially but after the bad advice to install the edge driver, support has fallen completely silent, All my detailed responses to track the bad temperature readings have had no reply.I included a snap shot of the low temperature pulses all three sensors are plagued with. Also history of a sensor thrashing 2 degrees up and down over the course of a few minutes. No support for a very reproducible problem. The one MS 6 in use is fairly reliable and I recommend going with the previous version although don’t count on support in any meaningful way.
