I am happy of this mat. To be honest it may not be enought strong to get your pain off but it is relaxing and help. Can recommend it.

The media could not be loaded.  I was skeptical about a cheaper version but works a treat done 20 minutes on my back and although it's painful to begin with you just stop feeling it after 3 minutes or so and it's so relaxing.I suffer with extreme anxiety I'm hoping this helps I was on the verge of a panic attack this morning done this fpr 20 minutes and the racing heart stopped and it soothed me

Just tried for the first time, initially wore a tshirt but couldn't feel much so removed. Uncomfortable for around a minute or so then the feeling of the spikes is taken over by warmth. Used for 10 minutes as had aching shoulders which was much better afterwards. At a quarter of the price of some of the more popular brands, so far it seems to be worth it.

First time using, hurt like hell but stuck with it. Has helped to get me to sleep. Neck pain eased & after 4 days headaches subsided fingers crossed it continues

I check every time to see if I am bleeding because the small, sharp spikes are smaller and sharper than my other mat which I got from Aldi. I understand the fact that it is a bed of nails but it shouldn't feel dangerous to the skin. I will stick with my Aldi mat, more comfortable without the worry and it makes my back red without making it sore.

I was a little skeptical when I bought it but u have to say it really works. It is a bit uncomfortable I the first 5 min but later you feel very relaxed

It’s certainly nippy to start but immediately started “heating” up my back muscles and after a bit of time relaxed them. Will continue to use to release tension.

It works, i dont really know how. Reasonable quality for the price, a good starting point. Even comes in its own bag.
