Love this product. I add Now calcium d glucarate to it to help the liver process excess e. I am 48 years old and in perimenopause benefits: skin cleared up - eyelid dermatitis returned swollen and painful breasts to their normal state returned belly fat gain (never had any) to my former shedded stomach finally lost weight to before peri. i was never heavy like that better sleep no bloat i took it for mainly joint pain. didn’t help but all the other stuff is amazing side effects: headache had to take an aspirin for the first 2 weeks I blame the detox effect the headaches never returned. i have to drink a lot of water otherwise pee is seriously orange. i took it 6 weeks on and then 2 weeks off. now i take it 2 weeks right after my cycle begins and then 2 weeks off. use it for 6 months and am on my 4th bottle.

Short review: Good product - You feel the difference. Longer Review - This stuffs works as described. It's not going to give you bulging biceps after two doses (only working out will do that for you), but I definitely feel the testosterone boost. Energy, sex drive, and basically an all around more positive perspective on life. I'm 40 years old now and I've lifted weights since I was 21. I've used steroids and pro-homrones once or twice so I know what it feels like to have a lot of testosterone. Guys if you've hit 39+ and you're starting to feel a little more tired than usual, sex drive is dropping, ambition is dropping: try a testosterone booster. They DO make a difference. For those of you who have used oral pro-hormones before: it's nothing like H-Drol or M-Drol. I feel like I did when I was 25: more energy, more drive, and the workouts feel a little easier/better. Recovery seems a little better too. This is sold as a PCT but I use it for simply getting my natural testosterone going. Good luck.

I have been taking this for about six weeks and it seems to be working. Some background...I'm in my late 40's, former athlete. A couple years ago i noticed some hormonal changes. Not as much lean muscle, not sleeping well, moody, etc. I started taking E-block and noticed a difference right away. The biggest thing has been my muscle tone. It seems to be back where it was before, with no significant change in my workout routine or diet (I eat pretty clean). My energy has improved and I am sleeping much better. The second bottle I ordered had a foul smell to it. When I contacted the company, they immediately responded and after sending them the lot number, promptly sent me a new bottle. I can't say I have ever had better, more prompt customer service. Thank you.

I have been a fan of the products that Pride Nutrition puts out and E-Block is definitely part of my muscle building supplement regiment. I use this product as part of a stack, consisting of E-Block, Elevate and Primo and have had great success. I'm 44 and have a hard time putting on lean muscle. Once I added E-Block to my daily supplements, I saw a huge improvement in strength and size. The product label says to take 2 capsules with my evening meal. I actually take E-Block and Elevate just before my workouts to ensure that I'm getting the biggest bang for my buck! If you're looking for an estrogen blocker, Pride Nutrition's E-Block is the perfect solution! Consider stacking E-Block with Elevate and Primo to truly maximize your efforts in the gym. Started taking the product and in a few days broke out in hives all over my arms and hands not sure why this happened but once I stopped the pills the hives went away

Awesome product, great support if your on any kind of PH cycle definitely helped reduce the sides especially acne and mood swings. Also noticed a jump in my libido(it aint no purple pill) but definitely gave me a bump in intensity. I took the pill right before bed with a small snack such as fruit or granola. As a serious "bodybuilder" this is a must for on cycle. Even when off cycle i will continue to use this product due to the great health benefits and how clear my skin has become.
