I must start by saying that I have always been an under armour girl. During the lockdown I had to rely on online shopping so my shoe size of 38.5 was not available on many sites for underarmour. So I settled for Nike with the same size. Though it is ok for cross training , this pair won’t give you an additional cushioning for the knees. Hence you wouldn't wanna run around or jump with these shoes on. It Does provide a medium side support, though I am not too happy about it. The price of this pair was high and I could have easily gotten a pair of underarmour for a few extra bucks, which could support both running and cross training.

Good value. The fit is narrow. Bought half size up and they work. Love the style. They are durable and comfortable at the same time. They function well for work shoes.

Love them light weight comfy but if you're flat fitted like me you will need arch supports and they fit in just perfectly with my shoes.
