yes. this conditioner and matching shampoo actually DO make your hair have more volume. it's odd how it works ... after shampooing, your wet hair feels different .... like a bit "course". But, once dry, it makes even the finest/driest of hair fuller and healthier looking. Been using this for a month or so now and the person who cuts my hair remarked on how much healthier my hair was since my last visit. I have paid a LOT of $$ to purchase professional products and none have come close to this as far as effectiveness. A very well guarded secret indeed but get in on it ... i don't think you will disappointed!

Great volumizing shampoo and conditioner
Love love this product. I experienced my hair falling out due to an illness. Once that passed my hair was thinner. This product has thickened my hair and leaves my hair shiny. I have been using it for over two years now both the shampoo and conditioner. Such a great product I even got my daughter hooked on it. I won’t use anything else.

This is great BUT…..
I bought this conditioner along with the matching shampoo. They both, especially together, work fantastic… these were recommended by my dermatologist for my thinning ( female pattern) fine blonde hair. My hair hasn’t looked this good in a few years. It doesn’t weigh your hair down or dry it out. It has structure and is healthy looking. It makes it the fullest and fluffiest it can be for fine hair, especially thinning fine hair. As for helping with fallout, hard to tell at this point because it’s not long enough. My dermatologist said lots of his patients with thinning hair have had good results using both shampoo and conditioner together. If it helps my hair from coming out, I’ll post an update in a few months. Super happy with how my hairs looking with both products used together. Here’s what I DONT like…the shampoo smells wonderful and light, minty/ herby. But this conditioner smells like cheap men’s cologne and it remains in your hair all day after using. I have no idea why the shampoo would smell botanical, then they make a “matching” conditioner that smells soooo different. I’m very sensitive to perfumes and bothered by cologne scents ( I only usually buy botanical scents) so it’s killing me that this product works so well but smells so stinky. I’ll imagine I’ll keep using as long as I can stand it lol, or maybe get used to it hopefully. Really annoying…I write LOreal about it but haven’t heard back yet, just wrote. I saw many other reviews say the same thing about the cologne smell, so it’s not just my imagination. I don’t want to give up this great product, so I hope they listen to their customers!

As advertised, works well for me.
I love the smell, easy to rinse, and comb thru waist length hair. Makes my hair lie well without straightening natural wave; if anything gives me a little more body to my hair.

Tons of static
Does not moisturize as well as my expensive salon conditioner, and it left my hair full of static all day. I would not recommend if you are looking for a drug store alternative to a salon product.
