Take out the 4 transportation screws!!!!!
Washer initially was so loud and bounced everywhere on the first wash. Realized we did not take out the 4 transportation screws. While a small label was there it was backwards and on an electrical cord so initially thought was about the cord. While these 4 screws are in it will damage the drum and bounce from one end of the room to the other!!! Once out it was great.

Not have servuce after sale
Very bad brand and very bad seller dorlesn't provide any kind of service after sale.. after warranty they ask me to pay 260 Dirham. Without the matrial .. which is almost to solve the issue i have to pay .. 600 Dirham. Which is the same amount of new washing machine.. very bad seller and very bad brand. They are not help me to solve the issue at all.

Best 6kg front load washer in the market for this price range.
Received it super new "sealed never opened before". i have installed it by myself eventhough service is free but its easy to install, small version as its 6KG only but its enough for small family, super elegant in shape as it has modern look and premium feel, does the job perfectly, no vibration and sound is quiet if you just installed it right, removed the shipping bolts, and adjusted the floor legs properly.. best choice among other options in the market. highly recommended.

Spanner
Good quality. Noise is normal. Please come with the spanner, normal spanner is too thick to enter the bottom of the machine to adjust the balance

MEETS ALL REQUIREMENTS.
AS OF NOW, I AM REALLY LIKING THIS MACHINE, I DID A LOT OF RESEARCH AND FOUND THAT THIS ONE MEETS ALL MY REQUIREMENT BOXES, ITS LOW IN SOUND, ONLY AT THE END WHILE DRYING IT HAS ONE MIN OF LOUD SCREECHING, BUT IT IS NOT THAT UNBEARABLE, I WILL PROBABLY EDIT MY REVIEW IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH IT, IF I DIDNT MEANS ALL IS GOING WELL.

Don't waste time with this product!
Terrible washing machine. The drum broken within few months, and very noise. This is also very small washing machine . Please spend some extra money and buy a samsung/Bosch or Seimens

Average washing machine
Seems to be like most of washing machines but mine has a leakage problem at the detergent support. every time i wash there is a leakage from that support because it is not sealed properly. i have raised the issue i hope they will assist me. Overall i though i am getting a good deal but i would recommend pay a bit more maybe for a better brand and more KG. The description says that it fits 6 kg but to be honest i think it fits less than that. The programs are ok, though for proper wash and higher degree the time takes too long.

Best in the price range
Using it since 2024. No problems. Good if budget is tight. Easy to use and install. Recommend for small family.
