Great for Kitchen Use
Really good cutting board which doesn’t show knife cuts after use. Good size too - not too big and not too small.

Great, flexible board.
Great cutting board. Really high quality. It's not rigid, which would be preferable but it doesn't mark or cut from use. One key point is that it doesn't take on the smell or flavour of dishwasher tablets, which is a massive bonus.

Lightweight and gentle on my knives
Great product and very gentle on my expensive knives. Easy to clean. Much prefer using these pads to the wooded or plastic boards I have.

This is a nice flexible high quality cutting board or rather a cutting mat. I used it a few times and it holds up very well without cut marks from the knife. It also works to clean it in the dishwasher. A nice feature for a flexible cutting board is the juice catching channel around it. It is not the deepest, but better than nothing. My only wish would be to get a larger version of it. By the way, the product description is not correct. it is 38x25 cm and not 38x35.

I bought some Wusthof knives recently and I am trying to baby them, so why not buy something from the same brand that claims to preserve the edge? Of course it’s overpriced since that’s how they roll, but I’m still glad I made the purchase, although it must be noted that these flex, so you’ll need to be careful carrying it if there’s food on it. Also, I chopped an onion on it, ran it through the dishwasher, and it still smells like onion fwiw.
