Black works well but good luck on the colors in the long haul! Updated
I purchased these back over 6 months ago. It appeared to work well especially the black. However, now that the color has depleted approximately 40%, I noticed that the colors are taking on a different hue. The red now takes over what should have been a rather very light blue-grey to grey. Facial colors that have red in them are now heavily blotched. Any color that uses the grey (which for me is black and blue) now takes on a very different color of it's own. Since this set was purchased with the idea to use as in-house brochures, the value of the purchase is poor. There is no consistency and no visual physical impairment on the the cartridge. After receiving an email from the manufacturer/distributor from my initial 2-star review, I opted to call the toll free number regarding the problem with the cartridge. The number appears to be a catch-all for a number of businesses, as there was no greeting name identified with any business, but was quickly routed to a rep who handled the issue quickly and without any problem. As of the call, a new replacement cartridge was being sent out 2-day shipping. Having used them in the past for ink toner and being the first issue that was quickly satisfied by their customer service, I had to add a couple more stars. If any future re-manufacturer issues are far and few in-between, and customer service continues in this fashion, I will continue to use them in the future.UPDATED 12/19/2014I needed to drop 2 stars again. Unfortunately, when you need service for this product thru EPS Toner, best you can do is leave a message and cross your fingers. The last time I waited over a week. This time I have now 2 calls in 3 days and no reply. What is happening now is the remaining color cartridges are failing. So this completes the set outside of the black which seems to work well to the end. The colors are now bleeding on the edges of the paper,as before, when requesting a color print. They are failing to produce any color in the content of the page once the refills start to get 75% exhausted. Unlike last time, I WILL NO LONGER BE USING THIS VENDOR!

Inexpensive but you get what you pay for.
I purchased these about 2 years ago. That being said, I don't print that much. I do run the cleaning print on it every month or so though to make sure my print quality stays good. Recently, I had to change out my black cartridge becuase every time I would print there would be long streaks on the side of my page just off center. The cartridge wasn't even 50% used. I replaced it and it resolved the issue. I tried multiple troubleshooting options from both HP and user forums. After trying them all, replacing the cartridge was the only option that worked. They are inexpensive, but I feel that you get what you pay for.

Buying in bulk online will bite you when you need to return these !!! Not worth the savings !!!
DEAR EPS ... consider a gurantee on your product that fits the way buyers will use it.this is the age old problem... if you order toner ahead of time so that you have it on hand when you need it ... you burn enough time to not be able to return this product when you do run out and try these. ONLY TO FIND THE YELLOW CARTRIDGE DEFECTIVE. See photo attachedIt is just not worth ordering multi packs online and running the risk of these aftermarket replacement cartridges not working when you need them . I'm buying either guaranteed able to return online or aftermarket stuff locally so I can return it 6 months later when I need to replace it.

Customer service responded quickly, cartridge printing great!
I purchased these for my HP Laserjet Pro Color M251nw. I only replaced the black cartridge once the starter black cartridge ran out, so that is what my review is based on.I started by printing my glossy product labels that I use for my product that I also sell here on Amazon. The product labels came out great, virtually indistinguishable from the HP starter black that I was very used to and thrilled with. I say virtually because I didn't look at the results with a magnifying glass, but to my eyes, they looked the same.I then started printing a few of my "premium" shipping labels (two on a sheet) that I use for my feeBay buyers and noticed something disturbing. The black wasn't sticking properly on the barcode section of the label, and was leaving a scattered bunch of black dots where there shouldn't be any. Needless to say I was upset. The results were very repeatable, and happened every single time I used my shipping labels. I noticed that EPS has a lifetime warranty on their product, so I contacted their customer service with my problem and got a reply the same day. The bottom line is that they suggested using the "label" setting in the print properties page for my printer. That was it! Perfect label prints every time now.So, although I don't like having to deal with this setting when I go to print, I think the savings in cost in this toner vs the HP toner is worth it. If anyone else has a similar issue with the toner scattering, its probably the kind of paper you are using, or you need to experiment a little with your printer settings when you go to print.UPDATE 10-13-14:With about 20 percent left in my black cartridge, black started printing incorrectly (faded on the bottom portion of the page). I contacted support and they replied very quickly and sent me a replacement black cartridge the next day via Priority Mail. I'm impressed with their service.

Better Than HP Factory Toner.
I bought these with the idea of using them, if I ran out of HP Toner. The idea was to have a set of genuine HP with these being fill in's. Well, they outperform the HP cartridges that I spent $350 on. The color is better, there are no streaks, the black is a dense, jet black and the colors produce images that are exactly the same as I see on my MacBook, whereas the HP cartridges tend towards reddish tones that are just a bit off. So, now, I have these caryridges with the HP's being really expensive fill in's.I read the negative reviews when I bought these and was expecting a lot less than what I got. These are great and, unless there is some sort of quality control problem, and I got lucky, I cannot fathom the bad reviews. I will buy another set of these in a heartbeat.
