It works
It's a lot more expensive than the cheap TP-LINK switch I am returning, but it's rock solid. The WEB GUI is pretty powerful, this switch has all the features I need. I was able to upgrade to the latest firmware (though it did set everything back to default). It is very stable has lots of features and doesn't give me all the erroneous errors the TP-LINK was giving me. I have not had to call tech support yet, but Cisco has great documentation online. Going to dive in to the VLAN and QoS next week.

Failed at 18 months, Warranty is BOGUS CISCO is awful to deal with, zero customer service.
Don’t fall for it, 3yr Warranty is a flat out lie and BOGUS, Cisco will not honor it, Amazon will not honor it. My unit, highly protected by power and climate control….Failed at 18 mo, I’m out $400 and my network was down for 3 hours due to the failure. Got another brand loaner to get us back up. Now, I’ve spent hours on phone, chat and useless emails trying to return for warranty and have had ZERO resolution or any level of give a crap about my issue from either party. Buyer beware! Cisco (Sucko) customer service is probably the worse I’ve ever experienced. They simply don’t care. You’ve been warned. Amazon did give the refund finally after I spent 7 hours over days on hold and speaking clear English to many who did not. Still disappointed with the process, don’t buy it here, you’ll loose hours of your life you will never get back.Time is the only commodity you can only spend once. Cisco doesn’t care about small businesses, only big government contracts. Kill them DOGE. Crooks.

Has an interface or CLI options
Don't let the fact that it has a web I terface fool you. For those who don't know about networks it will still be a learning curve but for someone that knows networking Cisco makes it a breeze. Finally a affordable switch from Cisco for small to medium sized businesses. If your looking for an affordable and stable switch from the #1 maker in the world this is it. Has all the security options you need. Not recommended as a replacement firewall but has many security features not found elsewhere in other switches.

Deployed twice in a pinch
Had to buy this Cisco 220 SMB switch twice to outfit some small late additions to the network, did the job segmenting traffic, supporting PoE needs, can't beat the price

Great Layer-2 only switch, little pricey
Works great as a layer-2 switch. A little over priced, but does come with al the bells and whistles, like SNMP, which is good from a management perspective.

You - will - not - reach a real tech support
And if you will, go buy a lottery ticket. Three stars. Product build - looks good. Web interface - looks good. Customer support - what is that.Device did not "connect out of the box", which I was not expecting to magically happen anyway ... So FF to tech support. After talking to 5 people, getting their useless CISCO id, listening to their noisy phone lines, wasting time = RETURN.Gonna go buy from some other U.S. based company.
