Good quality cutters
Good quality, cuts smoothly. Most cheap dykes show light between the edges when the handle is closed; that means it will never cut cleanly. These all showed no light, and working with them, they do cut cleanly, especially the small wires. These were a great value for the money; I have toolboxes in various locations, so getting two at once was convenient.

OK for a basic small wire cutter
A good value for an inexpensive China tool. Decent quality, holding up so far to several jobs. The only issue is there is no latch to enable the cutters to be closed in storage. (Which is why they are cheap...) I use a couple of rubber bands to hold them shut in the tool box or drawer...

Work on Memory wire.
I bought these to use on Memory wire. The ones specifically made for memory wire don’t work very well and basically just end up bending the wire. These worked great. They cut the wire easily and cleanly.

They work fine, used to cut lite, but sturdy chain for my craft project.

They work OK
I thought I lost my original wire cutters so I bought these. They work really well on thin wires, but are nowhere as good as the ones that I had before. PS fortunately I found the other ones.
