I take this along with valerian to stop that 3am waking up thing that happens after the drinks wear off, gets me to about 4:30 or 5. I'm going to double the doses to see if that'll get me to 6 am

I'd take at least 3 pills and maybe 3 more with each serving of alcohol you have. Works pretty well then.

So happy I found this supplement. Now I can drink as much as I want without getting sick

Taste like fish and it also does not work. I've used different DHM products which were effective. This one is a waste of money.

First time trying this brand. Better value than what I normally buy, but not worth it for the taste / smell.The capsules have the DHM powder all over the outside which I think is the problem.Don't recommend.

My go to is another brand that had 1000mg per tablet, I have gone through two of these bottles though. I assume if you are looking at DHM products though you will not judge me. I like these as they are powder caps vs. solid so I know they dissolve quickly. DHM really seems to work for me. I sleep great and have no brain fog the next morning. I would order this brand again.

Can't recommend this stuff enough. You can sure tell the difference the next day when you forget to pack it with you on a night out! It keeps me from needing a ton of other stuff to get me though the day when I feel lousy. It's cool that it actually helps the liver out too. I used a different brand before, but stoked that they carry DHM here since I get all of my other supplements from here. Can't beat their prices, and the shipping was lightning quick.

I pair this with taking NAC prior to drinking and take DHM before bed with lots of water.. it really works.
