I got this so I could workout outside and because my Pilates mat was not wide enough or thick enough and always rolled back up while working out. This mat is the perfect size for working out and stretching. It is thick enough to be comfortable on my knees which have both had surgery. It folds up to a nice size and it’s not too heavy to easily lift in and out of the house. I really like that only one side touches the ground and only a light clean on the top is needed. Highly recommend.
