I purchased these to make travel size versions of things like liquid foundation, lotion, and grapeseed oil. I’ve been using them for a few months now and they’re pretty good, but I do have two complaints. The pump sometimes doesn’t work, especially with the liquid foundation. Even if there’s ample product, I have to push it a million times or unscrew the top and put it back on to get it to dispense. Not sure if it’s the thickness of the foundation or if I got a faulty one, but with thinner products, I don’t have that issue. Also, the fragile inner base (the part that moved the product up as you pump) is fragile. When it came time to refill, I used a toothpick to push that base back to the bottom and it punctured a hole in it without hardly any pressure. So that bottle is now ruined. I did find that I’m able to push it down with a qtip, but even then I’m afraid it’ll break. I haven’t experienced any leaking (even with the oil!), which is awesome! I will continue to use these for thinner products and I would purchase again.

I’ve been using these for a month long trip and have been very impressed. They were big enough to easily hold a month’s worth of my night serum and a few other lotions that only require a small amount. I also think they will be great for face wash, shampoo, and conditioner on a 3-4 day trip. They did not leak, even in my checked bag. They were easy to fill, and the pump worked as expected. And, they took up almost no room in my 3-1-1 bag. Not sure how well they will wash out, but for the price, I’m unlikely to do anything but refill them with the same content.
