This is a well made product
We have had this for about three months now and can say that we are very happy with the investment. Super easy to put together. I installed in an existing closet and it fits perfect and looks like it was built in. Heats up to 145 degrees in about 20 min. Bluetooth works great and sounds good enough for a sauna. I really have nothing to say negative against this. If your looking for a sauna do not be afraid to buy this one.

Good customer service from sellers
Sellers are very easy to contact through Amazon app. The shipping was about of a headache but I understand that is not the fault of the seller and just part of dealing with shipping multiple, oversized boxes. The unit itself is very easy to assemble with 2 people and works well. I will note that it has to be at 100% intensity on the control panel or the electronics will have a bit of a freak out.

Product came damaged. Scratch on Panel. Tested EMF levels and they were dangerously high. (No where near what was advertised) attempting to return item.

Thank god I bought this sauna. Yes a 5 star . So east to put together. Everything snaps together in 15 minutes. Lights are beautiful, heats up quickly, . Bluetooth speakers are great, I can only stay in for 20 minutes in high.. I’m so so so happy. Delivered in about a week and a half. I’ve recorded this to all my family and friends.

2 person sauna
Great customer service! I had a problem with the delivery service damage a box and customer service help immediately. Offered a refund and many other options. The sauna is wonderful and extremely easy to set up! The Bluetooth is amazing
