So happy with the decision to get this! It dissolves perfectly, tastes slightly odd just in water but I mix it with lime, water and stevia and it works perfectly for a tasty relaxing drink! My Dr. suggested this for sleep, relaxation and mood. Easy to prepare and dissolves instantly!! No clumps of powder to try to disolve. I'll continue, seems to be helping with the sleep problem. Tastes great, just enough sweet to make it appealing.
