Perfect Backcountry Gear-Hauler
My wife and I make an annual pilgrimage to a remote campsite on the shores of Lake Huron every fall. I've been searching for a cart of some kind that would be durable enough to haul our essential camping gear on the way in. It's about 5 miles round trip - the terrain is relatively flat, but the trail is littered with large roots, stones, and sand. The first year I tried a large hand cart and it was tipping over on every root and rock, and stopping dead in the sand. The second year I used a deer cart, which has large off-road wheels (hunters use them to pull a harvest out of the woods) - it fared better on the terrain, but it was almost impossible to balance my gear on it.Then I found this. I was a little concerned about the quality/durability, but I decided to give it a shot - and wow, it's perfect! What makes this cart so effective on the trail is the wheel design. These are wide hubs made of durable plastic, but the "tire", if you want to call it that, is a foam tread that is excellent at absorbing shock and distributing the weight as the cart rolls over obstacles. The wheels are spread out from the frame to provide better weight distribution and balance, and they pivot 360 degrees. It performed flawlessly on the trail, and was very easy to pull.In the pictures you can see we have a standard household recycling bin packed in to the cart to hold our camping gear. Packed in front of the bin is a large soft-sided cooler (the Polar Bear 48pk) - on top we've strapped two full size camping chairs. The cargo space on this thing is incredible, and the sturdy metal frame lends itself to strapping additional gear to the top and sides. The entire cart quickly collapses into a flat profile for storage - it's really quite ingenious.I half-expected this cart to be falling apart by the time we returned to the trailhead, but it's in perfect shape. None of the hardware had become loose during our journey. I was able to clean off the dirt with a bristle brush and pack it away in the basement for next year.If you're looking for something to haul camping gear on the trail, look no further. This cart is excellent.

THRILLED!!!!
I have not had the chance to try this out yet but out of the box I LOVED this wagon!!! I settled on this choice because of the large wheels and all the storage pockets. Also the loops on the side to hold tools and such are actually adjustable Velcro so you can use them to hold various sized objects. I'll be using it to carry a beach umbrella! There is absolutely zero assembly. Out of the box you remove the handy cover, unfold and voila! I read a couple of reviews saying that the back wheels that push together to fold close tend to slide back to the middle while in use but there is actually a small clip on the outside of each wheel that clicks to the sides of the frame to hold the wheels in place when open. It is small so could be easily missed. There's also a clip between the wheels to hold them together. Folding and unfolding is very easy though moving those wheels apart is a little tough but no biggie. Very simple instructions were included but didn't point out these little features. When folded the wagon stands by itself and you can pull it with the handle. Over all, so far I'm THRILLED.

Great wheels and everything!
I was looking for a sturdy wagon: with larger wheels that would be good in the sand or snow; that folded up/down easily; that was a great color. After reading the reviews this seemed like the best one and now that I have it I feel like I found exactly what I was looking for.My 12-year-old rescue dog Sierra has DM (Degenerative Myelopathy) which is the canine version of ALS. She was still walking some during summer of 2018 but by fall only her front legs worked. The first time I had her in the wagon I had a friend pull it so I could walk beside and keep her in. She really didn't understand the concept! The second time I was alone and she stayed in and really enjoyed it.The only thing I wish it offered was an actual lock/release on the back wheels to move them in/out. You have to hit them to get them to move and I'm hoping that doesn't mean the tightness will weaken over time.Oh, and I love the purple color!

Some good stuff and some bad stuff.
I bought this primarily to haul heavy loads from the car into my apartment. It's very sturdy and carries a heavy load, but the huge wheels make steering difficult, especially in tight spaces. The rear wheels also tend to move around while hauling things. There should be a way to secure them in the outward position while hauling a load. Folding can also be a chore if the front wheels aren't turned just so. The handle has no natural place to rest when it's loaded, so it slams on the ground if you're not holding it. When folded, the handle snaps into a holder and sticks out past the wheels, which makes it difficult to stand up against a wall. If you try to roll it in this position (it's pretty heavy) to move it from one location to another, the treads whack against the handle, making an annoying noise.Bottom line: if you plan to use it outside or in wide open spaces it's probably awesome. The wide wheels should work well on sand, but they make tight space maneuverability impractical. The handle is permanently addicted and plenty long, but it's awkward when folded or fully loaded.

Great for dock/marina wagon
Love this wagon. It is nice and big, holds enough weight for hauling heavy stuff to the boat like water and luggage, groceries etc.and the pull handle is nice and long keeping the wagon away from the backs of your legs. the maneuverability is pretty good but since just the front wheels turn and not the pull handle (it stays stationary) tight turns are a little awkward. The handle does fold back over the wagon however so you can guide the front wheels by pulling directly on the front of the wagon frame for those tight turns. The wheels are grippy enough to negotiate up a step or two which was a pleasant surprise. It folds easily and fits in the car fairly flat. Very thoughtful desgn.
