I have tried tons of probiotics and have suffered from all kinds of GI issues (including leaky gut and candida).. This is the first probiotic that I actually FEEL working, and it is also the first to keep me regular without bloating or other issues. If you have a lot of bad bugs in your gut, it might cause a bit of rumbling at first while it sorts things out... but that eventually calms down a bit and things just flow smoother. Great product. I love that it has phages. This is the only product I can find that has phages at all. I am very pleased with the results.

I get the Life Extension catalog. A few months ago they had a large article on the Phage technology. The price is reasonable and I need something like this! I have had for a long time intentional bacterial overgrowth and viral/bacterial infections. It takes Biociden, probiotics and other bacteria killers to try and manage it, with only some success because it keeps coming back.I bought a bottle of this and took it and the article to my kinesiology Dr. he was very impressed and tested it on me. He was so excited he bought some from LE and now recommends it to all of his patients. He is getting great reviews from patients that it has changed their health.I put my whole family on this and they had some gut issues getting used to it. Nothing major and they felt fine in a few days. But my issues are more severe. It took me about 20 pills, taking one every few days before my system could handle taking it daily. My Dr believes I have severe bacteria die off that is causing the issue. I am now taking it daily and still have challenges. But I believe that is because it is very effective. Most probiotics you don't feel they are working for weeks or months. Not this. You can tell a difference in 3-4 days. I just ordered my 4th bottle for myself and my family. Overall my issues have not gone away but I'm getting better results than with anything else. I know I'm not a typical case.( FYI, my die off issues include constapation, gas, bloating, bad smells, and feeling cranky. Pretty typical signs of die off)An update....do not take with iron. For me it causes cramping in 20 min and a visit to the bathroom. Not sure why. I take Ferocele iron, which is awesome. Just take them apart

These capsules gave me a urinary tract infection. Came on suddenly, with bloody urine. Burning and intense need to urinate constantly. Couldn't figure out what caused it at the time, but realized this capsule, which I had never taken before, was the only change in my diet. I stopped taking them and the UTI ceased. Of course I can't prove it, but I will NOT ever try these again.

This probiotic is good. It has a capsule inside of a capsule that is supposed to allow the good bacteria to get through the stomach digestion and into the intestines. At $20 a bottle, I have ordered several bottles now, but there's not really any way to measure the results VS another similar product. I planned on ordering it again yesterday, so I put in my cart but did not check out until this morning. I got a notice that there was a price increase of $4 per bottle, it now cost $24...........really???? That's a 17% jump in price. This is common among pharmaceutical products when they become popular so they can increase the value of their company before they sell it, probably to a Chinese buyer. No Thank You. I'll remove it from my cart and search for another quality probiotic. As a matter of fact, I have this brand in several other products in my cart which I'll be removing and replacing too. This price increase feels like another government tax. The common people refuse to pay it. Stop price gouging the market. A fair price for a fair product.

Bought it because I have developed diverticular disease and needed consistent digestion. I was in a cycle of having bloating, irregularity, hard BMs followed by diarrhea. Initially the product caused a bit of cramping and inconsistent BMs. I called Life Extension and they said it was likely part of the normal "die off" of unwanted bacteria. So I continued using it, and after 3 weeks my BMs became (and continue to be) consistently regular with no hard BMs or diarrhea.
