Nevercold water circulation additional bypass valve
I have a Nevercold system installed. My system is a multi-split and needed an additional bypass valve off another leg on the water system. This was a great addition and helped solved my cold hot water issues. Quick and easy to install.

Almost Great
Having instant hot water is a great addition and saves water and time. However, the downside for this convenience in the kitchen is that the cold water is no longer cold and requires waiting for and wasting water when you need to rinse your fruits and vegetables. I had to add and insulate a return line that goes directly back to the water heater, leaving the cold water line to supplying cold water. The insulated return line also allows warmer water directly back to the water heater rather than cooler water because of longer routing without insulation.

Failed after less than one year
Crossover failed in under a year. Bought Oct. 2021, failed in May 2022.Bought it initially because I thought the brass would be more durable. Shows you can’t judge a valve by its materials I guess.Will be contacting the company to see if it they will replace it.
