Best Probiotic on the market for your gut. I have had to learn through many years of trial and error that more isn't better. I've even been in RX and VSL#3 and these are simply superior. These are 2 million and I can take over 100 million or even billion and not get the same result as Bio-Kult. It's in the strains that are used and then each strain has hubdreads if strains and it's about strains and the quality of those strains not the millions or billion of inferior strains. The Biokult was so strong that when I first started taking them I had to open the capsule and take 1/3 as a whole tablet cause for toxic fading off than I could handle ( now why didn't the billion strength RX cause this reaction if 2 million strength of Biokult did ?!? It's about strains not number strength) this is the best Probiotic I can find and have tried to date for Gut health. It helps my leaky gut, inability to digest foods, food allergies, immune system and energy level as well as , dare I say , shead a few pounds! And I can tell mentally when I'm taking this and when I'm not!! Do the gut / brain connection is indeed real... now I pictured Pro-15 Probotic as I read this one would survive the digestive acids and aids in upper and lower colon/ intestinal issues. Well it does. I could tell immediately with My IBD , IBS and diviticulitis. I havnt had a IBD (Inflammatory bowel disease) attack since starting these Pro-15. That being said because of the coating on them to last through the digestive track I could tell they went doing what Bio Kult was doing for my gut. So for me these two are the perfect marriage. I rotate taking one then the other every other day and this seems to be what I need to aid my gut and lower intestines... so far I've not found a better combination.

Cannot say enough good stuff about this product. I was using it to try to improve my immune system. I have tried various and sundry things but when I started this product I could see and feel difference. I read the label before making a big trip with several 7 hour plane rides. Normally just 3 hours on a plane will lay me out for days with a sinus infection and chills - fever etc. that goes with it and a week of antibiotics which I do NOT want - so accordingly I took the 4 a day recommended for when you travel - Thank goodness - not sick. My sinus which always were in pain over my eyebrows - no pain - no draining all day - LOVE THIS PRODUCT - I have tried at least 10 different ones before discovering this one - and it is now my go-to - I even sent it to my family - for the adults - and even the children - You can open the caps and put some in the food/bottle - my new grandbaby is thriving - she had suffered so much at first - I would urge everyone to try this product

I have been taking this probiotic while pregnant to help with overall health and regularity and I feel it is working well. It contains 14 live bacterial cultures and is approved by the Vegetarian Society. The directions for use approve it safe for kids, adults, and pregnancy (all as approved by your primary care provider). I can notice a difference when I don't use it and it was referred to me from an adviser; I am glad that I took their advice. I take one daily and I am attaching a photo here to help people visualize the size. I do not have any issues swallowing it or tolerating it once ingested. To note, it may contain soy or milk for those with noted allergies. This probiotic is gluten-free and doesn't contain any artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Can also be stored at room temp and swallowed whole or pulled apart and sprinkled onto food or mixed with a drink. I have never opened a capsule to know if it has a taste or if it dissolves well, however. I have re-purchased since initial buy and would recommend to friends and family. I was happy with the transaction and product arrived well before its projected expiration date printed on the bottom of the box.
