FRA3M Antenna Adapter

This product does not fit the 2012 Prius factory radio with Sirius xm built in but you can shave off a small section on the top and it slides right in place. Works great.

Picture appears blue in the picture, but it is gray. It didn't really fit the blue Toyota connector in my Toyota Radio but by using a bench grinder spun by hand & a mini round file.. I managed to make it work.

A relatively high price for a relatively small cable, but the quality is nice and it’s the piece you need to fix the problem of the XM radio “fuzzing” out on some Toyota models.Use this to connect an aftermarket antenna via the control box (under passenger seat in some models).Signal is back and radio sound great once again.

Used this in combination with a  SiriusXM NGVA3 Magnetic Antenna Mount for Your Vehicle  NGVA3 SiriusXM antenna to add XM to a factory 2012 Toyota Tundra head unit, used in my 2008 Tundra. Works great, just wish it was $15-20 cheaper! I did have to shave down one side to fit into the socket on the back of the head unit.

Exactly what I needed. It's a known issue that the OEM Prius satellite antenna is horrible and using this with a replacement antenna improves reception. Just to be clear this adapter is for using an aftermarket antenna with an OEM Toyota head unit. There are a ton of adapters out there that lets you use the OEM antenna with an aftermarket head unit but this adapter is harder to find.

I bought this and an xm magnet antenna to fix a no signal problem in my Prius. This product worked perfectly and allowed me to fix an issue that the dealer wanted to charge me over $800 for.

Bought this to fix signal issues with a 2010 Toyota Prius. Had horrible signal dropouts with the factory sharkfin antenna and used this adapter with the magnetic mount XM antenna now and haven't lost signal sense. Works great for those who are having Toyota XM signal problems that Toyota refuses to acknowledge.
