Great Book! Very informative.
I'm not much into reading books. In fact, my adhd makes it difficult to read. I struggle to concentrate and take in what I read. I have to read a page more than once for it to sink in. My mind is consistently going. Never shuts down. The reason I bought the book was because I watched Tony's interview with Tucker Carlson. It got my attention. I wanted to learn more. And this book got my attention so well that I was able to read it and take it in without reading any other page twice. That says alot about the book. As I read the book, I would pause and go online and research many things that was brought up in this book. All this new technology is great! The only problem I see is, most people are like me. We don't have alot of money. Everything I researched from this book, for example, stem cell therapy was still ungodly expensive. Most of the treatments and therapies listed are still way to expensive. By the time it makes it past the FDA and accepted by insurance companies, or even affordable period, most of us will no longer be here to take advantage of this new technology. I have osteoarthritis, cardiovascular issues, have had cancer 5 years ago and beat it. And have family history of Altzeimers disease. My mom is in nursing home as we speak. I also just had rotator cuff surgery. A workmans comp issue. I tore it at work. So company paid for it. I'm 58. I wish all of this was available now at an affordable price for the middle class and lower class individuals. Maybe it will be affordable for my kids and grandkids in the future. This was a great read. Thank you Tony.

This is a good read. But...
This one is a good smooth read. Really long smooth read...- Just straightforward exegesis by Tony.- Not much technical jargons though Tony is tackling about medical terms and facts.- Really thick book. But I was able to peruse it smoothly - surprisingly.- Tony has allegiance with some of these medical breakthroughs, more in particular Stemcell regenerative research and applications.- So, Tony is also a stakeholder of some of mentioned products inside the book. You can expect some promotional undertone of those products or services.Overall, this is one great read. You'd expect to be more knowledgeable about recent and upcoming technology in regenerative medicine.Who knows this book might just help you or your loved once.Read on!

Important info for all
This book was recommended by a friend. I decided to listen to it on audible first. Once I finished, I knew there was too much good info I needed to go back to so I bought the book too. I also want my children to read it so they can start incorporating changes now.I thought the idea of it is great - share the top medical, preventative and anti-aging info from medical professionals with the everyday person. I learned a lot. I've already started incorporating many of the tools and tips they recommend.I have recommended this to quite a few people because it covers specific issues (diabetes and others) and general health topics. Some topics I had a little knowledge of but I learned much more in-depth and helpful info from this book.I was disappointed in the Alzheimer's section, an area I am very familiar with, because Dr. Bredesen's work wasn't even mentioned. Dr. Bredesen is a pioneer in the field and has worked with people diagnosed with Alzheimer's that were already slipping far into dementia until they followed his protocol. The functional medicine docs at The Cleveland Clinic are all familiar with his work. He has three books out and his most recent is the personal stories of those first people to successfully come out of dementia. I am curious as to why this critical information wouldn't have been mentioned in this book.Otherwise, I thought the book was excellent and very helpful.

Great Book
I took information from this book and verified it with my physician. He confirmed the information and I ended up taking one of the tests while reading the book. Well worth reading

Worth owning but it's sales meets incomplete encyclopedia
I'm a fan of Tony Robbins. If you look at him he literally looks younger every year. So he is definitely on to something. Biggest take away live a healthier life. There are HUNDREDS of very nuanced discussions started here but none completed that I can recall. A lot of "...we'll see how this interesting thing progresses in the future..." and "...they are awaiting the results of their clinical trials in 2023..." I think this books place is on the shelf as a reference to review prior to a discussion with your doctor or a specialist. I speculate you'll get a lot of "yes I am familiar with that study but...." I speculate that a lot of this is many years away and on the early side of any clinical trials. And probably a lifetime away from being cost reality to most. It seemed like I heard a lot of "Thats why Peter and I invested in this company" while I appreciate the disclosure this naturally devalues each of the propositions.

Excellent insights
I can highly recommend this book to anyone looking for getting in a peak performance state every day, adopting a healthy lifestyle aimed at longevity, thereby utilizing the latest insights medicine has to offer. It includes a ton of advice on what everyone can do today to prevent (or cure) the most common deadly diseases. The content is well researched with contributors highly renowned in their respective fields.I particularly liked the two chapters at the end on mindset and especially the concept of living in a beautiful state every day. The way Tony Robbins writes deeply relates to me and provides me guidance on becoming a better person and being the best version of myself. The book is well written with the important sections highlighted, which makes it easy to grasp the key messages.

A must read for medical professionals and those who care about their health
Its an encyclopedia of the medical advances taking place. Found it a fascinating read and more importantly got a lot of useful insights that i could use to help my own health journey as also guide friends and relatives. As Tony Robbins says each of us should be the CEO of our own health especially considering that many doctors find it difficult to stay abreast with the latest developments in the medical field.
