Great Fidget Toy
I bought this for my child in hopes that it could be used as a "fidget toy" in lieu of them biting their fingernails; or when they start fidgeting. This sensory toy seems to help. I've had to remind my child what would work better than biting their nails, and they run off to get their fidget toy! It also works great as a back rubber for bed time to help my child relax, or along the arms, hands, legs, etc. Gives a relaxing or "goose bumpy" sensation. I was hesitant about spending over $5 to get this product at first, but it was definitely well worth it.

best fidget
This is my #1 favourite fidget toy. It fits perfectly in a pocket, washes easily, and is very sensory happy. It's not a super distraction toy that pulls your attention away from things, just helps keep me centered. I like the brush side the most but I also like bending it in my hand and sometimes if I'm a bit overwhelmed the tiger side is a nice more subtle feeling. I really love this fidget. Had some issues with the seller not sending all the items in my order but they did eventually resolve the issue so I wouldn't mind dealing with them again, especially because this fidget is the best.

Tactile tiger fidget in blue(not green like it says)
I do not know why the photos are green and the item is blue so keep that in mind don't promise a green toy to your child. So far he (4.5yr old son) has not torn up or shredded or gone out of his way to get at sicssors to cut up paper or try to cut his sister's hair all afternoon and evening and has been rubbing the bristles all over his hands, arms, hair, legs (he handed it to his sister she rubbed her belly)so this silly expensive little gadget seems to be doing the trick! It reminds me of a horse's curry brush in a smaller rectangle shape but otherwise extremely similar. If your child seems to lean toward SPD or have a teething baby(they were fighting over it) buy it it is super sturdy and will last forever(well maybe not quite)the only 4 star is how educational can a small rubbery brush really be fun bun not teaching anything(well maybe self soothing?)

great but not as great as i hoped
Got this for my 5yr old nephew a couple months ago, who has adhd. this was per the suggestion of his counselors at school who said he might need a fidget toy. he liked it...but i can't say it kept his attention. he liked to comb his hair with it mostly and play with it in the bathroom sink (i had to wash the soap off of it). he also liked to put it in his mouth. My nephew is not on medication, though. I'm wondering if the other reviewers kids are?? and if that is the difference. I plan to introduce him to it again and will follow up with this review if results are different or the same.

Okay
This is okay. I expected more tactile reward. The bristles are harder than I expected and it is thick enough that it will take up far more room than a credit card.I would actually recommend grooming brushes instead like KONG ZoomGroom, Dog Grooming Brush, Boysenberry or my favorite [...]. Both take up a little more room than this toy, but not much and they offer a much more rewarding tactile feel. All in all this is product is okay, but it's not better than found tactile toys. I expected more from a toy specifically designed for the purpose. It does not look like it will last more than a year of constant use. If it does I will update this review.

Very calming!
I teach preschool and I'm always looking for toys to help the children calm their bodies when they are excited, angry, etc. I was reluctant to spend almost $10 (including shipping) for what looked like a cheap brush. But I am so glad I bought it! The kids rub the brush on their arms or legs and they immediately start to relax. I've tried it on my own arms, and it really does feel good; much more pleasing than cheaper brushes I've tried. I've only had it for a week so I can't tell you how long it will hold up, but the rubber appears to be pretty sturdy. In my opinion, this is an excellent sensory toy.

Great Product!
My daughter loves this! She is in occupational therapy and her OT suggested getting one. She can be so mad or irritated and once we start to brush her arms and legs she instantly calms down. She doesn't really like to play with it on her own yet, and does not chew on it. But using it for just a brush, it is perfect and exactly what we needed!

Surprisingly Impressed
I bought this to help my 5 year old child that has SPD. I wasn't sure if he would have any interest in it at all, but he has loved playing with it. It really helps his fidgeting while in school, and I find him grabbing it and playing with it while watching tv, or when he get's antsy. It's very flexible and provides tactile stimulation. He will occasionally chew on it too, and I love that I can wash it or stick it in the dishwasher and know that it is clean. Don't let the price intimidate you, this is a great product if you have a child that fidgets.

too small and too expensive review
Very expensive for what it is and so small to hold onto a sensitive child. Prefer the white sensory brushes that Ive bought on amazon
