Great value, quality and features
I just got the jacket and used it on the same day with light rain, wind, relatively miserable conditions, and it performed better than expected. True to size (at least for me), unlike some of the reviews I saw. Build quality was excellent and the jacket had all the features (drawstring, roll-up hood, zipper, and also with snap closure. Water beaded up and ventilation was ok with moderate activity. Highly recommend this quality jacket for the price.

I absolutely LOVE this jacket. Read my review about the fit.
This jacket is GREAT! It's almost January in Connecticut and I'm still wearing it, it's warm although soon I'll have to switch to something a bit warmer. But the water resistance is wonderful in the rain - the water beads up and rolls right off. The fact that there is a hood concealed in the collar is helpful too. This jacket is very well made and feels quality all around. I'm 5'8", about 170, and a lot of the reviews said these run small so I took their word for it and ordered a Large instead of my typical Medium. I'm glad I did - the Large fits PERFECT and the sides of the jacket appear to be somewhat tapered/fitted which makes it look very flattering in my opinion. I'm super happy with the fit. I've since ordered the HH Midlayer fleece lined version of this in the same size and unfortunately it fits and looks more boxy - probably due to the added weight and fleece inside. But as far as this particular jacket is concerned - I love it, it blocks the wind and rain and keeps my pretty warm even in cold temperatures!

Great.
I own an OR jacket that is light weight I use for kayaking, hiking, mountaineering and climbing. Recently is started to come apart after a ton of use. So here is where the Helly Hansen comes into play. I have wanted a Helly Hansen jacket for years. Seen many on the mountain from heavy winter conditions to warmer river conditions where getting wet is unavoidable. I order this jacket and quickly had to send the medium one back. I actually did not want to do this as the jacket was exactly what I wanted but just tight. I am 5'7 and 165lbs and have larger arms, shoulders, back and chest. I am very active in the gym with very little fat. The medium was not going to work at all, I would hulk out of it and or would not be able to line. Linning is huge when mountaineering and extra room is a must. I retuned and ordered the Large. The large fits very well in the waste, chest and back. The arms are a little long. I absolutely love the jacket. It's not as light as my OR but it will work well. I have to have a high collar that allows for a tuckable hood. This is a must and this jacket does it very well. High collar and tucks away clean. I would like to see the sleeves go to a velcro strap rather than a metal button however, it still functions as intended just adds a little weight and less adjustment. All around, Great jacket and love me some Helly Hansen!

Great jacket but very narrow, runs very small
Originally ordered a Mens Medium for a 6' tall male about 130lbs. Was way too small. Returned for an Mens XL which will comfortably fit over a hooded sweatshirt.

FYI: Finally, this is the one.
FYI: I'm 6'2" and weight 211 lbs. In most things (Grundens for example), I wear an XL. The H.H. Dubliner jacket firs differently. I ordered an XL and it was very snug. I'm a professional Merchant Mariner, so good foul weatjer gear is important to me. The XXL fits perfectly. It's not tight so I can move around. It's not baggy, and doesn't look baggy by any means. The arms are the perfect length for my long arms, and there's just enough room where I can layer underneath it in cold weather. In my month off, I've ordered and tried on several variations of Grundens, and two different variations (and 2 sizes) of Helly Hansen. This is, finally, the one that's built well, and fits right.
