Q: I bought two of this but when I put hot water to prepare the container, after 5 minutes one is very hot outside, should I returne it?

Q: I see it’s 6” tall, can items 6” fit? Thinking of drumsticks 🍗 or chicken wings

Q: Anyone else have a issue with shipping? I ordered it and when it was supposed to be delivered, I got a notification saying it wasn’t even shipped?

Do not buy this product. It doesn’t work. At the time you put hot food in it, you feel the heat outside of the container. Does not keep food hot. I purchased one for my granddaughter and sent it back. I recommend Nomeca brand. They look like this one and are wonderful. I stand by them.
