We purchased this walker since we are both tall and large individuals, and needed a sturdy and reliable way to safely get around after surgery. This walker is the "Cadillac" of walkers. We got the red one. Assembly was easy and we love the storage and cane holder. Just need to add a drink holder and we'll be set. The brakes work well. It does fold up, which is good since it takes up some space since it is wide. Definitely a must for someone who is larger. Definitely recommend!

I am a large woman, tall and weigh over 400 pounds. I cannot stand for long periods and need to sit. This Rollator supports my weight and I fit comfortably on the seat with nothing digging into my hips. It adjusts nicely and works great for taller people. It is easy to open and close. It is bulky and strong, takes up some space. It is tight to use in the house as it is wide. Great for packed down trails, outside events, stores. Great to know you always can sit if you need a break. Very happy with this purchase.

It was a easy build, built solid as a rock. I love that it came with a cane holder super cool. So worth the little extra money. I have a 60 dollar one it's a piece of junk compared to this one but all I could afford at the time. I'm sure this will be the last one I ever buy if you need a walker this is the one to buy for sure. I normally never leave a review but I hope this helps someone else to buy one glad I did.

I have a new service dog so I needed a more sturdy walker to use while I train him to walk beside me instead of pulling me along. This Rollator fits the bill! It easily supports me and I liked that the handle-bar was height-adjustable. The seat is plenty wide and it's comfortable. It came with a broken part and I've had problems getting the correct replacement part - due to translation difficulties, I'm sure. The walker cannot be stored in a folded position while standing on its wheels (it unfolds to full size) so I have tripped over it several times. The rear wheels stick out much further than my old walker did, so this is a new problem for me. It just doesn't fit into the place where I kept the old walker and I live alone, so having to carry it around to store it isn't feasible. I would have given it more stars if I had gotten the correct replacement part the first time.

Although made in China, the parts are all of top quality. Definitely requires assembly. It is easy to follow the instructions. The seat has 3 adjustments but it is quite high for the lowest setting. I didn't realize that this was the model for taller individuals. But that is stated in the booklet. So if you are shorter than 5' 9" or 5'10" this may be too tall for you. The handles are comfortable and the brakes work well. Everything was carefully packaged and arrived quickly. I highly recommend this rollator walker.

I edited my original review that was 5 star, so this review was edited & changed on 5/1/24. I am buying another walker for my client because the first one we got from here didn't even last him a full year. To be fair he was right at the 500lb limit, but since it's supposed to hold 500lbs I thought it would last more than a year. Especially since he has been losing weight.With that being said the walker was great when my client first got it, but after awhile the welding started to not hold & eventually the seat part had to be re welded. It broke again unfortunately after some time, & now he needs a new one. The breaks are not the best on this walker either. My client would have to have someone behind him or have his walker against the wall before sitting so it wouldn't move on him while he was sitting. It was like this when he first got it as well.Overall I think this walker would be fine for someone who is well under 500lbs. We are going to order him another from here since he has lost over 100lbs, so hopefully this next one will last since he's not almost 500lbs anymore. My reasons listed above are why I brought the stars down from 5-3.

Seems to be well made. Thanks Kim Pointe for your review. I am in the same situation. I was amazed I could sit in it. Wish it would stand up when folded. Brakes work well, but I am on a flat surface.

I purchased this in June 2023. About a month later the snap that holds the basket on broke. I tried to buy a new basket but could not find anyone to purchase it from. I reached out to Amazon and was told that I had to contact the seller. I can’t find any of the correspondence on Amazon. Since that time , the two handle grips fall off. Very dangerous. My hands have slipped several times but I caught myself. The ends of the handles are very sharp too. The brakes no longer work. The vinyl pouch under the seat is ripped beyond use. I never put anything in there except for maybe my cell phone. I went online searching for the brand and could not find any info. I’m very disappointed. I have not tried to reach out to anyone for several months. I understand the return policy. I will not purchase this brand of Rollator again.
