I recently joined a gym and used the hot tub after my swimming routine. I strongly suspect I got infected there.It's hard to tell if this soap makes much of a difference. First thing I noticed is that it does not lather well. I've used it in the affected area over the past week. While my fungal infection has mostly subsided, I attribute the results to the ointment, not to the soap. Regardless, I apply it and let it do its work for 3-4 minutes before rinsing it off.Here is my advice to others:1. Resist the urge to scratch or it will get worse and spread.2. Shower twice a day - Wash hands frequently.3. Change/wash your clothes, bedsheets, blankets, pillow cases DAILY.4. Keep treating the affected area WEEKS after it subsides. The fungus is still there.

I bought this cause I tend to have sweaty feet, a friend recommended this and I can be more thankful, has help my feet look great and no more sweaty feet, so worth it!
