This is a great phone. I upgraded from a xr to this. It’s not any different that I can tell besides moving a bit faster. I will say (idk if it’s just the phone I received or if it’s a common issue with this model) sometimes the volume buttons will get stuck. I’ll press up or down once or twice and it’ll go all the way up or all the way down. But this is a sturdy phone. I’m very clumsy and I’ve dropped it so many times and I don’t have any cracks, scratches, or anything. I have a thin case so I expected it but it’s still looking brand new. This was a great phone to move to while staying in a budget.

Very durable saved the back of my phone when it fell of my car

It came in excellent condition.Absolutely everything works. No scratches.I was surprised because the battery condition was on 97%.I would definitely buy again a phone from Amazon Refurbished.

Was a lil nervous to buy a refurbished phone but everything works great ordered it in premium and not one mark or scratch batter life at 93% which is good no glitch or anything.

Phone right out of the box has 85% battery life, despite the page's guarantee that it should ship with 90% at least. The battery life estimate from the phone is obviously inaccurate, requiring multiple charges throughout the day. The phone can be shipped back easily, however going without communication for a few days can be very troublesome for few. Your best bet is buying a used phone in person, and checking the battery life before paying. The phone that was shipped from this listing is supposed to be a mostly unused phone that was likely just unboxed and sent back, like the 12 Pro (not max) renewed premium I had previously owned - but this phone had likely been used for more than a year. Not to mention the scratches on the screen.
