This backpack is amazing. It holds everything my tech husband needs to carry but without messing up his back. He had sciatica nerve pain surgery long ago and his old backpack used to mess up his back big time. This one holds is shape and is so amazingly built that he hardly notices it even when it is full. It has made a huge difference for him.

This was the right choice for me. I am an IT guy and have been buying their products for years back to days when they were mostly serial cards. This bag fits my needs as it has lots of storage and is light weight. Did not want to carry around a bulky bag. This bag will NOT provide much protection if you need it and has really no rigidity to the structure. As a matter of fact once you remove the bottom removable accessory case it has a hard time standing on its own. I am OK with all this as I want light weight. Everything seems to be well built with good zippers and quality material and stitching. Another quality StarTech product

Feels very durable. Seems well padded. Takes the weight of all your electronics without stress. The compartments are some of the best i've had. Works well for both tech and other uses. I hope it lasts a long time.

Wanted to use it for steamdeck. They backpack looks nice, but I didn't get the impression it is good value for the money. The bottom is solid, but the top feels really cheap. Despite the fabric being high quality there's is no structural support. I ended up unsettled because the bottom is rock solid while the top of the backpack feels flimsy. It is a good backpack and for people who don't mind this will serve you well. It's just not for me.

I work on computers and have to travel. Needed a bag with room but not be huge. This bag is a great size, fits more than my last bag and is balance so it doesn’t hurt while wearing.Want planning on spending this much for a work bag but it was worth every penny.

First, I love the size of this backpack. I never overload it, it's got all sorts of pockets and compartments. I love the bottom part where you can put all your tech stuff on the go. everything I need is there. You can put your laptop to 17-18" , your ipad or tablets. It's got a strap to secure on your luggage.BUT the stitches starts to get undone within 6 months... how disappointing. I'll be contacting Amazon to see if there's a warranty to it. Wish it was more durable. I go places with this thing and now, I'm having second thoughts of bringing it. I definitely will replace it since the shoulder strap needs to be stitched up, A bit difficult if you see it in the picture so it might look like a frankenstein job.

I bought this backpack to replace my previous one after getting a Steam Deck. The bottom pocket fits the Deck perfectly after removing the accessory case, but unfortunately the rest of the backpack is much lower quality than what I’d expect for the price. The inside material feels plastic-y and unpleasant to touch, and the build quality just isn’t near other bags in this price range that I’ve used. The laptop sleeve is also especially bad with a MacBook, since there is no cushioning on the bottom or back of the sleeve so my laptop kept digging into my back and ended up leaving a bruise after a day of carrying it around. It also does nothing to protect the laptop when set down on a hard surface. In the end, I ended up returning this bag and getting the LTT backpack instead.
