All of my reasons were important for purchasing.
Works very well. Fairly fast at filtering water. Definitely takes the chlorine taste out of my water. I like the oblong shape vs round. All products should be square or oblong for easier storage. Reasonably priced. C

Noticeable Difference in Water Quality!
I love this water filter! The only thing I drink is water, so trust me when I say you can absolutely taste the difference in quality. It makes my water taste so much better! I actually broke my last one, totally my fault, not the product’s, and I bought it again because I loved it that much. It’s affordable, saves me money on plastic water bottles, and the filter change is super easy. I also love the little dial on top that lets you track when to change the filter, such a helpful feature!

Good but with flaws
Pros:Filters quicklyLarge enough pitcherAppealing designQuick fill port at top - Great idea, poor implementationTastes goodCons:Fill port sometimes gets stuck and needs some encouragement to openFill port does not seal, very difficult to dispense water while filter tank has water in it without mixing the two as the unfiltered water spills out of the filling portFilter Tanks is too small, even if you refill it every time you dispense water, you will likely be removing more water and than you are replacing, resulting in not having enough water filtered frequently. I would say you need to refill it about 4 times to get a full pitcher. If they increased the filter tank size and fixed the fill port so it doesn't stick and seals when pouring, this would go from a good water filter to a great one.

Excellent product
The product is beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. The water tastes good (but I live in a city with excellent water), the filter speed is adequate, the water flow is great as it doesn't splash or is too weak, and the capacity is good.

Not a bad choice.
Great size and easy to store in the fridge or countertop in my RV. Good value and durability.

It’s narrow and filters the water quickly. It’s a great water filter.
I ordered this because it was narrow and wouldn’t take up as much space as the Britta I had been using. When I had to change the filter with the Britta, it was always hard to get it. The filter part to stick in the four holes just donated it to Goodwill. Then I went on Amazon to look for something different. What I liked about it is narrow. It was because my refrigerator Doesn’t have a ton of room so this fits easier than the bread. It also filters the water you pour into it quickly. I really like this water filter and it looks cool too.!

Buyer Beware
The description accompanying this item says, "WE TAKE YOUR WATER VERY SERIOUSLY – This advanced and reusable water pitcher is designed to be used with the Nakii filter. The Nakii filter uses Japan developed activated carbon fiber (ACF) to adsorb the contaminates in your water. ACF adsorption has been proven to be 10-12 times better than other carbon filters! This means that more contaminates will be eliminated from your water to protect you and your family’s health." It also claims to "reduce hardness and limescale in your water." I can tell you it does not come anywhere near to performing as claimed. I purchased it because I recently bought a humidifier and tried using tap water which produced something called white dust which comes from hard water. I switched to distilled water which solved the issue but after doing research, I came across this water filter pitcher which claims to take away the hard water. I did the math and decided it was more economical than buying 1 1/2 gallons of distilled water each day. After the first 6 hours of using water filtered through this pitcher, I noticed white dust forming again, which I dismissed and decided to keep using the filtered water. Against my better judgment I filtered my water through the Nakii for four more days, when I started noticing that the white dust was not only on the surfaces of the immediate area of the humidifier, but EVERYWHERE in my home on BOTH floors. There was white dust on the items inside closed drawers, on and underneath literally everything, and even heavily embedded on the rubberized gaskets around the inside of the refrigerator and freezer drawers. This pitcher not only did not do what it claimed but it was worse than the water straight out of the tap! I can't return it because I stupidly threw out the box so I am stuck having paid for an item that I wouldn't filter water for the ferule cats outside. If I had the option of giving this less than one star I would give it a -1 for doing the opposite of what it claims.
