Crest Whitestrips work great. I use them once a year. They cause teeth sensitivity every time I use them. Make sure your teeth have just the right amount of saliva - not too much but not dry either, for optimal sticking and use. I use my finger nail to press the strips into the spaces between my teeth. Your teeth will be noticeable whiter when completing the process.

Amazing!
These whitening strips are fantastic. I've never used whitening strips and have been intending to have my teeth whitened at the dentist.
