Worth the money
Used it as a display for some of my better fossilized shark teeth. I also threw in a few pieces of beach glass and shells for variety.Everyone loves it! The globe is thick and substantial and the base as well. No disappointments here!

Empty glass snow globe
The globe itself came very well packed, almost too much. The base for the globe seems pretty strong and the globe itself feels sturdy for being glass.The only issues I have is how well the rubber stopper is going to do over time and the looseness of the globe/base connection. Rubber has a tendency to deteriorate over time and start cracking. The globe to base issue is an easy fix, nothing worth removing any points.Only time will tell about the stopper.Edit: Typo

Not what was expected
I bought this because I liked the base and I was making a gift. The problem with this is that the part that plugs the globe is made of silicone and you can't glue stuff to it. Then the base doesn't even attach to the globe, they just sit together. I would only recommend this if you know how to glue your globe decorations to silicone and if you know how you want to attach the base and globe together.

Perhaps this was just one bad item, but it did not arrive looking nice and new. There is a bubble in the glass and the base looks cheap. The item was surprisingly wrapped well. To bad it turned to be of such low quality.

Exactly what I was looking for
Was 100% pleased with this item. It is the perfect size. The finish on the base is great. It arrived we’ll packaged and the estimated time for delivery was spot on. Was able to create a one of a kind globes for my hubby with his favorite anime characters.

Nice quality
This is a nice quality glass globe, but the plugs are very difficult to insert with liquid inside. Base is resin.

Excellent quality - difficult to seal
The glass and wood are of top quality (110%), but it is hard to seal your project into it. A silicone plug is provided but its nearly impossible to secure something to silicone without silicone - so it isn't a beginner project. I ended up sealing it with epoxy which had its own issues.... just FYI.If youre a pro, this is the best product to get, but if this is for a home arts-and crafts project, be warned that youll need to properly think through how you will seal the deal
