Reliable Sinus Rinse That Really Works — honestly!
I’ve been using this nasal irrigation kit regularly for a few weeks, and it’s become one of the most effective tools in my sinus care routine. If you suffer from allergies, hay fever, colds, or persistent congestion, this kit is worth considering. 👉 Real-World Results 🌬️ Noticeable relief from congestion and pressure: This delivers a satisfying nasal rinse that clears out mucus and irritants much better than sprays, leaving my sinuses feeling clearer. Many users report similar relief and even improved sense of smell and breathing after routine use. 💧 Easy squeeze bottle: The design is simple — squeeze gently over the sink with your head tilted slightly forward, and the saline drains out comfortably. The premixed sachets take the guesswork out of making the solution. 🧪 Gentle, soothing, and effective: The pH-balanced, isotonic saline formula doesn’t sting or burn, which makes it comfortable even if you’re doing it daily. 📦 Great value with 60 sachets: You get plenty of premixed saline packets so you can rinse for weeks without running out — helpful if you use it during allergy season or a cold. 👉 What You Should Know 💦 Messy but worth it: The rinse can drip for a bit afterwards — and yes, some does come out from both nostrils — so I always do it by the sink. Totally normal, but worth mentioning. 🔄 Requires practice: The first few times can feel unusual or awkward, and you need to tilt your head and relax so the saline flows correctly. Once you get the hang of it, it’s quick. ⚠️ Follow safety tips: Always use distilled/previously boiled water and clean the bottle after every use to prevent irritation or infection. Don’t use if your nose is completely blocked or you’ve had certain ear/sinus conditions — follow the directions carefully. ✅ Bottom Line: This NeilMed kit is an excellent, natural way to keep nasal passages clear — better and more thorough than most sprays. It’s ideal for daily hygiene or seasonal allergy flare-ups, and once you get used to the technique it’s straightforward and fast.

The NeilMed Sinus Rinse Original Kit is honestly one of the best things I’ve tried. At first I thought rinsing your sinuses sounded a bit uncomfortable but it’s actually really easy and makes such a difference. The bottle is solid and easy to use and the packets make it simple. Just rip one open add water give it a shake and it’s ready. No messing about or trying to measure anything. The feeling after using it is amazing. It clears out congestion better than sprays or tablets ever have. I’ve used it with colds allergy season and even after a day out in London and every time I feel fresher lighter and can breathe properly again. It doesn’t sting either it just feels clean and soothing. Because it’s drug free I don’t have to worry about using it too much. The kit lasts ages too since the bottle is reusable and you get loads of packets with it. Honestly I think everyone should have one. If you get blocked sinuses or allergies or just want to feel clearer this is a total game changer.

it actually works!
NeilMed Sinus Relief Kit ================= This is the NeilMed Original Kit, which includes a squeezy bottle and 60 small sachets of saline nasal rinse. I was extremely dubious when I got this for the missus, but my missus is currently suffering from an extremely bad cold that won't go away and is now on antibiotics and the doctor also recommended getting a nasal rinse. This brand is the same one in our local pharmacy albeit the price is a lot better online. It's actually very simple to use. The bottle is actually a lot bigger than I expected from the listing pics and holds up to 240 ml of either bottled water, filtered water or boiled 5+ mins and cooled to body temp to lukewarm water. To use, fill with appropriate water, add sachet, shake. Then simply press to squirt and tilt your head slightly towards the side that's not being squirted into and the water goes in one nostril and comes out the other nostril! Since your ear, nose and throat are all connected, you might get some residual water going the wrong way, you just spit any out. It looks absolutely disgusting when it works - I saw a big long trail of green gloopy slime pushed out by the water whilst I was supervising the missus (she insisted) - so have your tap running while squirting so you don't have to look at any discharge any longer than necessary. The missus is a convert, I’m actually thinking about getting one for myself too. Currently selling for 12.99. This product is sold by many resellers as well as in different variations - available in bottle only, bottle and 60 saline sachets, bottle and 120 sachets and packs of sachets also sold separately. There is a big warning that the squeezy bottle should be replaced every 3 months. I'm assuming due to possible build up of dangerous levels of microbes growing inside the rinse bottle. So I'm not sure why they don't make cleaning it any easier? Nothing on whether this could be cleaned/sanitised via dishwasher? Also no brush included to clean the inside tube. Going through the forums, there appear to be two company suggested methods - a small blob of fairy or similar to the bottle, holding your finger (hopefully you’ve cleaned it first) over the opening in the cap and shaking the bottle vigorously. Then squeeze the bottle hard to allow the soapy solution to clean the interior of the tube and the cap and empty out the bottle completely. The other is to rinse with water and microwave the bottle parts for at least 40 seconds. The company appears to also recommend *not* boiling the bottle for sterilisation - the plastic probably won't hold up to the heat (in which case it's probably best not to dishwash this either). Some hidden gotchas if you don't read the manual thoroughly - there’s a warning not to use plain tap water or water without the salt saline sachet. There’s also a tip to tilt your head after cleaning and gently blow your nose to evacuate any water stuck up your nose, otherwise for some people you may get a water discharge hours after cleaning your nose(!). Also keep your mouth open and breathe normally while cleaning and to stop immediately if there's any ear pain/discomfort.

In one and out the other.
I am sensitive when it comes to my sinuses. Because of this I have been over-using decongestant sprays for years. This rinse has been a great help the clearing things out. It feels weird at first, but you get used to it quickly (reminds me of getting water at the swimming pool up my nose). Remember to use the correct kind of water (I used boiled water from filter kettle).

Works well
Whilst the product is good and it’s easy to make up the bottle is very sensitive and the slightest touch to the bottle means the mix comes out

Sinus rinse
I’ve been using NeilMed sinus rinse for a while now and it’s honestly a game changer. The bottles are easy to use, the saline packets dissolve quickly, and the flow is gentle but effective. It really helps clear out congestion and allergies without leaving me feeling dry or irritated. The instructions are straightforward, and everything feels very clean and hygienic. I also like that replacement packets are affordable and easy to find. If you deal with sinus issues, allergies, or just want a reliable rinse to keep things clear, I’d definitely recommend NeilMed.

Great product
I've been using this for a few months on the advice of an ENT consultant. I haven't had sinusitis or even a cold in that time and it is mid winter. Very impressed.
