Don't waste your money. Traps dropped off wifi within 3 days. Drained 15%of batteries in two days

I bought a two pack. One lost connection while the batteries were supposedly still at 70% the day before. Changed the batteries and it won’t turn on, the red light in the on switch just intermittently flashes, won’t stay on and won’t connect. The other one is supposedly connected and on, and there are rat droppings all around and you can see on the bait where they came in and ate what peanut butter they could get and and no dead rat in the trap and no message from the app that it had been triggered. Go figure, seemed too good to be true and it was. Going back to good old spring loaded rat traps because they actually work. Now I know why they only give a 30 day warranty on these things. I will never buy these again, complete waste of money.

Great product, very effective and efficient. Had a single trap and liked it so much I brought two more.

We've had some of Victor's zapper traps for years, but they tended to go through batteries and corrode after a year or so, and were hard to clean used bait. These new traps have not only a safer design, but also have a small bait door in the back making it easier to deal with. The whole top removes, which makes emptying the trap much, much easier. WIFi setup and use is very easy, the only thing that got me was that you need a separate account for the web app than their store - it's not clear in the instructions and took weeks of back and forth with customer service to figure that simple thing out. But if I'd known that first, setup would have been very simple. And yes, I get notifications on my phone (via the app) that tells me the name of the trap (very easy to quickly change, so now if I move a trap, I rename it for the location....) and also shows total trapped.

These products are heavy, so they seem to be sturdy. However, with that being said- I’ve had them for over a month, almost two, and they haven’t caught/killed a single thing, even though they are placed well and I’ve tried several different types of bait. They constantly disconnect from the WiFi and have to be reset. Honestly, I don’t even care if they’re connected- I just want them to work, which they don’t. I wasted $100 on these 2 electric traps, and they haven’t worked once. The plain old snap traps are doing a better job. WASTE OF MONEY!!
