I ordered back in January 2023 & it worked great up until August 27th 2024. It comes on but no longer gets hot at all so I am currently ordering another one.

This COMB hot easily fast and it does not bring a bad smell. I love the effectiveness of it you can bring this around in your handbag without worrying about weight or hard to handle Easily turn on and off love this and the color pink♥️🥰😂

For the price. It gets the job done. The stand does collapse a lot. It worked well while it did. Purchased it February 2023 and now October 2024 I have to buy a new one because it just stopped working. Turns on but isn’t hot. I’ve had Remington, conair, andis flat irons & curling wands for a decade that still work so for this hot comb to stop working after not even 2 years is a little on the unacceptable side. Buying the Andis one I actually wanted at the time that was sold out this time around instead of repurchasing this one.

This product is too hot even on lowest setting, almost impossible to not hit setting buttons while in use, and guard will not stay on at all. Needs major redesign.
