I've been using this for about 2 years and cannot tell if it helped at all, though I can say it didn't hurt, Recently I've noticed it burns my esophagus after I've taken it. I do have delayed esophageal emptying, but I always have. Why this started I have no idea. I kept trying to take it and ignore it but it really started to feel burning each time I took it. Gave the rest (bottle and half) to my husband. Hope it helps him. Not certain what of the ingredients caused the burning, but maybe the ginger??

The new look gut reg is not working it is producing much gas and stools are not consistent as before.

I have had gut health issues in the past which has led me to feeling sluggish, not being able to sleep well, and also not properly processing the food I eat. So I wanted to give this product a try in order to keep my gut health at an optimal level. I have using this for about a month now and I can say that my gut issues have pretty much been neutered. My sluggishness is gone and I can think more clearly throughout the day. I don't have excessive cravings anymore, especially for sweets. I get full with normal portions and my stomach feels balanced after a meal. Overall I would say taking this supplement has been a success.
