Is eyeshadow good for dark skinned women?

I tried it out today and it worked! My skin is like a dark mocha and it showed up really well. I used the blue row with a primer underneath.

Are the colors very pigmented?

Yes very very pigmented and if you use your finger for the shimmers they are amazing! Gives that nice high metallic shine and the mattes are very nice to work with easy to blend

Are the reds in this palette a true red?

Yes. I’ve found that most reds are more orange than red. This palette is fabulous! Rich, saturated colors that last.

This pallette is okay but compares to their Exotic Flavour, I would say the latter is much better. The glitter is more defined and I feel this secondary pallette wasn't as exciting to play. They do have some blue shades I enjoy, but hmm..
