great upgrade to my old chair
i've been having significant back pain that I didn't realize was directly related to the awful shape my last chair was in. went on the hunt to find a more reputable brand chair than the typical Amazon fare that had all the features I was looking for when I came across this chair. after much hand wringing and consternation, not to mention the current discount, i decided to order this chair, and I couldn't be happier than I am. it has excellent support in all the right places. i love the mesh seat to keep me comfortable in the warmer months. the lumbar support is well placed and adjusts with the recline of the back, and i appreciate that you can lock in the recline, something my old chair failed to do.assembly was easy and the required allen key was supplied. i was able to quietly assemble mid-meeting and my back is already feeling better. the upright position forces good posture which will pay dividends down the line.others have complained about the height of the chair. i'm 6' (maybe closer to 5'11" with age and spine compression due to heavy squats) and have none of the reported issues. my wife, who is 5'4" also sat comfortably in the chair with her feet touching.overall, i'm extremely optimistic about the life of this chair, it feels well made, and very happy with my purchase. i will update again in 6 months about how well it's holding up.

Great adjustable features
Was looking for something similar to a haworth Zody office chair at a more reasonable price and found this one. The multidirectional adjustability of the arm rests is perfect. Seat height is okay, would prefer the ability to go a bit lower so my feet can sit flat (im 5’ 6”).

Feels comfortable, but don't think it's really worth the price tag of $500...
I would give this chair an overall 4.5.Bought this chair for my girlfriend since her cheap chair is deteriorating rather quickly.Pros:-Assembling this chair is relatively easy.-Sitting feels comfortable enough (tier 1), comparable to my Aeron chair.Cons:-Might be a little overpriced. The entire plastic structure tells, judging from its look, tells no difference comparing to the less expensive office chairs.-I really don't like the headrest design: You can only adjust the height (vertically). I feel like my neck is being pushed forward.

Unreliable Quality
Bought for wife. She complained about back pain shortly after starting to use. Took a look to find the lumbar back support net wasn’t secured and essentially she was resting against plastic bar. It was outside return period so requested warranty replacement - which is only reason this gets 1 star as customer support replied fast and issued new piece.Unfortunately. It would appear the seat net itself is also loose so sitting on it means a metal bar is ramming you in the you know what so we had to buy a pillow cushion which doesn’t work well since positions body too high in chair. We consider this purchase a total loss and will probably give it away. Not worth filing another warranty.

Good quality and comfortable
I’m 5’9 and about 215lbs. This chair is comfortable, good quality, and looks really nice. I caught it on sale…Great deal for the price!

The Good, The Bad, The chair
Overall: Great chair, easy to put together. As others mentioned the arms DO NOT lock in place as far as the position front/back or the angles. Does this really matter? It depends on your use. I mostly game/digital art work. I put the arms in different positions depending on what I'm doing. However say you like the top part pushed all the way in (closest to you) then if you apply very much pressure they will 100% slide out. The angle change doesn't slide as easy so those stay decently well for me.Wheels: They are about half of the size I expected. My old chair (I replaced with aftermarket wheels for hardwood floors) were a little higher, probably 3 inch in diameter while these look to be 2 maybe 1.75 inches; I haven't measured. Big deal? Not really, but I will say the fact the rubber around them are black and not white/translucent was a downer.Comfortability: Maybe my old chair wasn't sized for me from the start; this chair blows it away. My old chair was rated for 6 hours of sitting per day and lasted 8 years. The last 4 years of its use I needed a purple pillow and eventually a full bamboo pillow to sit in the chair comfortably without back pain. This chair doesn't cause those issues.

Great overall
Set up relatively quick and I am not super handy. I’m 6ft 220lbs and immediately helped with posture after months of working from home on a couch. I upgraded for the wheels and materials vs the the great reviews at the lower Nouhaus model. Not sure it is worth it for most people. Happy with it.
