tried these calm and mood gummies for my kids, and honestly, I was pretty impressed. Has helped my teen son
My teen son has had recent issues with sleep disruption, he has been unable to fall asleep in a timely manner and also had trouble staying asleep and so i was wanted to find a natural supplement to try as a first intervention. After researching various blends and options, i found this brand and we gave it a chance. After a month now of taking these supplements he has had noticeable sleep improvement; he is able to fall asleep quicker and stay asleep longer. I have him take the supplement approximately one hour prior to his bedtime, he also is not allowed on his phone and no caffeine in the evening to help his “sleep hygiene” . We have been pleased so far and i plan to order more!

Great for my 6 year old
My child is VERY active. Figedty and can be easily distracted, it started to effect her in school so instead of running to the doctor I wanted to see if I could help her at home. She takes one of these in the morning, and does not get groggy but in her words "my brain isn't so busy".We've also added fish oil and probiotics, and in 2 months her teachers have given her compliments. I'm very happy to avoid meds for my brilliant baby.

Easy to take, not sure how effective
Help calm me but I must take 4 instead of 2. They taste great, love the flavor. I take a long with other medicine.
