Great little set to have around
This is a great little extraction kit to have around for those quick stripped screws. They don't work well with some universal driver handles, but they work well with the drill motor. All in all, a good set to have.

Unfortunately, this tool did not work for me. I had to drill out the stripped screw. In doing so, I found that the end that does the drilling (not the conical side) is not very sharp. My usual drill bit worked better. So I would say I will need to give this another try in the future.

Good Gravy, Perfection
Well, I purchased this 13 months ago on Prime Day last year and it sat unused in my toolbox the entire time. Better to have and not need then need and not have and all that.I had an air intake star screw on my HD air intake that was pretty well boogered thanks to a cheapo bit that was slightly out of spec and ended up rounding out most of the edges leaving the screw unable to be removed. I was about to drill it out and take pliers to the what was left then remembered that I had this unopened in my toolbox.I already had the drill out, so attached the bit as shown on the diagram, ran it for a few seconds, flipped the bit over and in less than 2 seconds the completely stripped out out screw was removed.I consider my time valuable, and this simple tool did the trick quickly and painlessly, giving me more time to do things that I wanted to do. HIGHLY recommended.

You can at least feel like you make an attempt before whipping out the drill.
Let's face it, using these is an act of desperation that we all know is predestined to fail and is ultimately just a waste of time, but one you're going to try anyway, and this is an inexpensive way to do it. Because they're double-ended, you'll need to use deep sockets with these, and they must be the sort that are hex the whole way back: if the deep sockets just have a small cylindrical hole (like all of mine in these sizes), they won't fit properly. The ring at the end is hex and was enough that I could hold them in and spin them with my small drill; they'd fit just fine in a chuck if you had to use a big drill. We had to use them twice, and they haven't broken yet, which is more than I can say for many of my other tools-of-desperation and why I gave 4 stars.

Mine broke first use
I am a professional Appliance Technician. Buy tools on here a lot. I bought this to have in my bag, for those times you have a crisis. We'll, two weeks after I got it. The crisis happened. Bolt broke off on a transmission ( washer )It was either give the customer a new transmission for a loss of $200 or get that dang bolt out.I smiled way to early, happy because I knew I had this in the bag.My smile went from a smile, to a grimace. It didnt work. It stripped out almost immediately !!!I tried all of the sizes. No luck.Cost me $200 for your product failure.Do us all a favor and pull this one.I would pay $50 for a product that is like what this seller described.Dont remember the price, it was cheap, like the product. Maybe if you have a wimpy broke screw, it may work. This fell apart like some of the cheap drill bits you get for 50 cents.Sorry guys, your product DOES NOT WORK AT ALL !!!!!

The extractors worked great. These tools were the only ones that were able to finish the job. Great buy, great price. I will recommend this to everyone and the website for this seller too. Thank you , Carlos

Not Very Effective Results At All
Very ineffective. I had 4 stripped screws to remove and was successful in removing only one. The other 3 were left in worse shape than when I started. There should be a better tool out there somewhere for this type of problem. I had hoped to be able to give a better review but unfortunately this is not a very effective tool for removing stripped screws and I believe the other tools offered for this type of task appear to be very similar.

worked like a charm
I've very new to the world of fix it yourself and there wasn't much paperwork to go with it but once i figured out how to use these they worked amazingly. I drilled a hold in the bolt then used a ratchet wrench to drive the extractor into the bolt. worked like a charm.
